This location used to be good, not anymore, cashier was helpful, cooks with a face and behavior like they didn’t wanted to be there and the food was less than 1 star, I literally was unwrapping all the lettuce they gave me and finally found all toppings I ordered and a mini, not little, mini patty, like somebody already ate it, the fries were average and the peanuts….if you can eat those bitter peanuts, that’s bad, I’m sure you can do better guys, and no need to reply, I know you have to say you’re sorry to hear this happened, but nobody did anything to fix it, but look at each other and turn around like nothing happened.Thank you, already send my complaint and definitely not going back.

Can’t really go wrong with five guys. I have 3 stars because there really wasn’t anything special with them. Their food is your average fast food kind. Also, the sides are all an up charge, it would be cool if the chain did some combo options. I was please with the staff, they were all super friendly and accommodating. The wait was decent considering the time of day (lunch time) and how busy the area was at the time. The seating area is pretty tight but there is a good amount overall. The restaurant is also clean which is a plus.

Wrapped so perfect with care the cheeseburger I ordered with just about everything in it it was so tasty and delicious I ate it in no time. I would say like Taz on Looney Tunes again. Thank you so much for making my lunch and day special. Awesome crew and service. Shout out to Michaela, Antonio and cool guy named Thomas that works here made me want to try your burgers because of him being so thoughtful and caring with the food to make sure to bag it with plastic so I won’t get grease in my seats when I pick up orders for others A+++ I had to take a pick of the peanuts because that’s another great part about here while waiting for fresh food to be cooked those are the best things to snack on. ❤️❤️❤️

Use to be a great burger place but on Feb/1/26 in Perrysburg OH bought 3 hamburgers where 2 of them were supposed to come with bacon and they did not. They had a strange undesirable meat taste plus they were provided with old and almost cold fries, what happened to its food quality????

I love five guys but the price of an average cheese burger is almost thirteen dollars for just the burger. I love the food and it’s great but the burger is super pricey I will be going to this restaurant when the prices come down a bit.

I have been here several times but just getting around to a review. Overall this place never disappoints. The staff is friendly the place is clean and everybody loves free peanuts. You know the burgers are cooked fresh and so are the fries so the food is always good. The only complaint I might have is I like my fries crispy and sometimes there’s more on the little song inside. If you’re in the mood for a good Burger this is always a place to go.

Friendly staff. We were greeted as soon as we walked in.Ordered a regular bacon burger (bacon was dry & overcooked). I haven’t been here in forever, I forgot its a doubled patty (too much for 1 person). These burgers look dry in the pictures. They really weren’t. They were good. We ordered a regular dry to share. We really could have ordered a small fry and still had plenty to share between the 2 of us.

Any Five Guys has expensive food so if you know that going in, the food is otherwise great! The store was clean and new and our food came out reasonable fast. My favorite thing was that there was a small tack board by the door to put five guys art. I am not much of an artist but I loved the idea and drawing a picture depicting 5 guys enjoying some food gave me something to do while I ate!!!

I ordered a patty melt with mayo amongst other toppings… I might as well have ordered a jar of mayo. I could not even scrape it off and finish my burger there was SO MUCH MAYO. Maybe get it on the side if you like mayo on your burger. I’ve never had issues at the other locations.
