I go here all the time after working 12 and 14 hour shifts because I don’t feel like cooking. I have never had a negative experience with any of the staff. They’re always very nice. They always address me by my first name. They all deserve a raise there is one girl there her name is Keyleigh. (not sure if that’s the correct spelling). She always goes above and beyond to make sure she tells me to have a good day and make sure that my order is right and she hands it to me personally. They all do a great job. Thanks for making my visits hassle free.

Maybe it wasn’t quite a five on the food quality but it wasn’t enough to take away a star on their review. I love the food was very very hot I prefer my food to be so high they can burn you if you’re not careful. It’s always very fresh and hot at five guys. I appreciate that. I knew their fries were good just because you hear from people but they actually taste like potatoes which is good

Use to come all the time. Service was great. 3 times in last 3 visits over last 2 months. Call, put me on hold until I get fed up and hang up. Then u can’t even call back bc the phone is off the hook until I actually get here and let them know. The response is ‘my bad we busy’ was only one person in building and everyone standing around. No apology. 1st time fine mistake, 2nd ok it get it. 3 rd is on purpose. This place used to be so great.

Placed an online order, got home to find that one of my burgers was not fully cooked. I called the store to speak with a manager (Tim) and I was told that he was with a customer, could I please hold. After being on hold for about five minutes and listening to some less than appropriate music and the Cavaliers game, Tim comes to the phone, I explain that my burger was under cooked and I give my order number, name, and order details. Tim goes on to tell me that he was on “QC” and made sure that all of the burgers were done, so my burger was done. I explain that I am a customer not satisfied with my order and ask how can he help me resolve my issue? Tim tells me that I can call in the morning and speak with “Jess” the GM. I guess Five Guys does not believe in 5-star customer service.

The staff are horrible. We are here right now, me and my friends came in, and they got all 4 of our orders wrong. They all put no cheese on all our burgers. They gave my friend a plain patty with one sorry piece of barely cooked bacon. We ordered a Cajun fry and the seasoning was dreadful. They barely put a spec on that thing. I would’ve preferred a bare, rotten, tasteless potato from a random field. The heavy set one was laughing and screaming the entire time. The one with the old braids was doing nothing but playing. Trust me, I get hating food service, I’d hate my life too. But all 4 orders no cheese and scraggly bacon? This entire experience was treacherous . Them “cheeseburgers” looked tired.

Wouldn’t recommend coming to this specific 5 guys, the burgers are done early, the fries are done late, and the fries are over cooked burnt aswell as soggy.

Its been years since I had five guys and I forgot just how good these burgers are! Since I’m doing the keto diet I had their lettuce wrap with the veggies that fit my macros and it was still amazing. Service here was fast. My only complaint is their pricing. Its not cheap but in line with other “fast casual” burger places.

Burgers were amazing. Fries had way too much salt. Grubhub doesn’t have a “no salt” option unfortunately. But I don’t know why someone would think 4,000mg of salt is necessary on a cup of fries
