I visited this location today—the Saturday before Super Bowl Sunday—and the transformation from exactly one year ago is nothing short of remarkable. Last year, the team was clearly struggling without a manager, yet they worked incredibly hard despite being understaffed and unsupported. Today was a completely different story.
Why this visit earned 5 stars:
• Atmosphere & Culture: The vibe was happy and positive. You can tell the team genuinely wants to be there, and the shop was spotless with perfectly leveled music.(I honestly wasn’t in the best mood when I arrived when I left my head was bopping into the music and I I’m in a great mood)
• Efficiency: I ordered takeout and was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
• Quality: The order was 100% accurate and the food was delicious.
• effective and present Leadership: The most noticeable difference is the presence of competent leadership. The hospitality has always been great, but it’s now backed by a team that clearly feels supported and empowered.
This experience is a perfect example of how investing in smart, effective leadership allows a business and its culture to thrive. I’m thrilled with the turnaround and certainly won’t be waiting another year to return!

While the staff is friendly, the food is disgusting. For the price I paid, I was expecting at least better than Wendy’s. The fries were made fresh, but somehow were the soggiest, oiliest fries and looked like they were cooked in old oil. I couldn’t eat them, and I hated what a waste of money and food it was. They were also thrown into the bag, and essentially spilled all over the inside of it. The bag was oozing grease before I even got home a five minute drive away. The burger– the bun was so soggy everything almost slipped out of the burger on first bite. The patty was thin, about as thin as a Wendy’s burger. Taking it apart, both sides of the bun are slathered heavily in ketchup. I’m distraught, as this was supposed to be a special treat for myself since I rarely spend this much on fast food.

This crew had my to go order made quickly & correctly at nearly 10PM, when every other restaurant had closed down. Their double cheeseburger with back , hold the bun…comes in a lettuce wrap that cuts down on the carbs.

This Five Guys location is always top-notch! The restaurant is very clean, the food is consistently amazing, and the staff is some of the friendliest around. I work near by and come here at least twice a week for lunch. At this point, the whole team knows me, and they’re already waiting with my order by the time I get to the counter. That kind of service really makes you feel welcome. Definitely one of the best Five Guys locations I’ve been to!

They put alot, I mean alot of ketchup and mustard on both buns and it was a complete mess, gross. I asked for another, they made the same thing. I had to ask for another. The thrid one is cold. I’m not eating it. See pictures below the cheese can’t even melt. $83.62 I paid, and couldn’t even eat a fresh made hamburger..

Had lunch Grandview Five Guys. Hamburg hot and flavorful. Fries well done as ordered.Great service considering my husband had to add bacon after the associate had totaled our order. He didn’t skip a beat just re-entered as needed for the new total. Every table inside and out was clean and so was the woman’s bathroom.
