$7.39 for the smallest cup of fries. No extra in the bag, nothing. This is about 33% of what we used to get. They can’t refund my online order unless I go back in person (make it make sense). Place has gone downhill.

Well- I’ve been here many times and to me this place is just meh. This time was just not even meh. Granted when we called they gave us a complimentary meal-but does it really make up for the inconvenience?
I do not eat raw hamburger and I hope that they will use a temperature guide from now on -or cut the burger to check that it’s done.

The Diet Coke at this location tastes ‘off’ and they have not corrected it for some time. Sharing this info with Corporate only resulted in changing the amount of telemarketing calls I receive. Five Guys will gladly sell your information at the first opportunity. The food and staff at this location are great. Corporate is terrible

Five Guys is one of those guilty pleasures that I treat myself to when I need to get back to classic American burgers and fries. The burgers are a great size and you can load on any amount of toppings you want. I have learned that less is more here so that the juices of a dozen toppings don’t run all over the place. The fries are generous and tasty. Is this all greasy? Of course! The bags will be soaked by the time you get them home but the taste? Excellent. C’mon, I said it was a guilty pleasure didn’t I? But a pleasure nonetheless.

You people suck! We stopped coming because the food was horrible. A patty melt, raw onions and green peppers on I’m not sure if you call it a bun. 2 hamburger patty’s just awful. I hope you people get a clue, no one was there for reason!
