The only reason I gave this three stars is because the food prices are crazy high. I ate all by myself and did not get anything crazy. Bacon cheeseburger and a regular fry with a drink in this cost me over $20. The food was absolutely delicious which I’m assuming is why they charge so much however the prices will limit me to visiting this establishment once every year if they are lucky. I cannot imagine taking a family of four to this restaurant and spending more than I would then if we went to a Brazilian Steakhouse

The Manager Guy and the team member Steve were both awesome people to interact with. I told them that it was our first time visiting Five Guys and that it was great seeing a place where everyone was able to enjoy working with each other. The food was great. My Family had been telling me how amazing all Five Guys was but ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION!!! I actually live closer to the Dixie Hwy location but I happened to be in the area shopping and I figured that it would be a great opportunity for our group to try something different and be surprised at the same time. Don’t be confused because this isn’t FAST FOOD…… it’s GREAT FOOD FAST!!! I can’t believe that you can still go to a restaurant and eat and get it right the FIRST TIME!! The young man that was ringing up our order was extremely helpful and got our order PERFECT!! The board that stated what farm and the city and state it was in was really nice.

The app wasn’t working to order so that a burger BOGO deal could be utilized. No help from the counter employees until a manager allowed the BOGO purchase after trying to place the order on the app for more than 40 minutes. Good thing my hubby loves the Cajun Fries and burgers.

The food is always delicious and you will never leave hungry. The food is a bit on the pricey side, but the portions that they give you, along with the unlimited free toppings on burgers and hot dogs and unlimited mix-ins for milkshakes do help compensate for that. A regular cheeseburger has two large patties. If you want a single burger, you have to order the little burger. And no matter what size fry you order, they fill the bag to the top with fries. Still, we ordered two regular cheeseburgers one little cheeseburger, three of the smallest fries, and two drinks and it was $57. For my family, it is worth it for an occasional treat, but the cost may be prohibitive for some.

Good food. Placed a special order. All burgers are double and even got a lettuce wrap! To top it off. LOVE the coke machine that not only has Mellow Yellow Zero but let’s you put a shot of cherry in it. Tastes just like the discontinued Code Red Zero!

I truly don’t understand what the hype is behind this franchise. It’s a greasy overpriced mediocre burger joint from what I can tell. I paid $17 for a cheeseburger and fries and that’s a little outrageous considering there wasn’t a drink included. But at least the employees were nice. If the food was out of this world I wouldn’t complain but it was very mid. For instance my burger although thick tasted very bland.. whoever grilled my burger did not add enough seasoning and my Cajun fries were overloaded with seasoning to the point it was incredibly salty. Nonetheless it’s okay but I had much better burgers at far less than what I paid for here. Maybe the veggie burgers are a different story? Who knows. All I know is that I’m in no hurry to come back.
