They are quick &super friendly! &Im pretty sure the nice gentleman who took our order is still in the learning process of learning &he accidentally charged me for an extra milkshake and I honestly didnt even notice but the lovely manager noticed for me &she made sure to pull me aside &let me. Know what happened &gave me a gift card to correct the error. Absolutely wonderful service &great way to be accountable! Ill definitely be back. Thank you for dinner y’all!

The burgers are really good but we know that. The service I received was top tier. The young man Jeremiah had the best customer service skills a professionalism. He was very patient and kind. I also had the pleasure of meeting the manager Shakira she was also very professional and very very kind. This speaks volumes. You are only as good as your leader. Love it!

All in all, I thought the service and the food was very,good and you get your money’s worth for what you get.I love to seasoned cajun, fries and the burgers.As well. Me and my crow friend actually sat outside on the patio and ate our food. I think the whole place was very nice. People were courteous, and they actually came outside to get us when our food was ready. Cuz. We forgot to wait for our food. Establishment seem very clean.

The burger my husband had was amazing! But I have to warn you, this place is expensive compared to other places on the market. Nothing is included in with your item of choice, everything is sold separately. $11 burger does not come with fries or drink. You would have to pay $20 just to make what you have a meal. I had the hotdog and it came plain with nothing on it and very small for $6. This was my first time visiting and I guess I expected more for less than what I paid, rather than less for more. This location was very busy, workers did a great job getting orders out. The fries were delicious and I enjoyed my milkshake. My daughter also enjoyed her food. I like the place, but hate the prices.

Staff polite, place clean. First Five Guy’s I’ve been to where the meat was not seasoned. No salt no pepper just a grilled beef patty. Disappointed with food. The burger tasted like nothing, even after adding salt. Cajun Fries were not cajun just season salt.

Love me some Five Guys, I tried the grilled cheese burger for the first time, and i was impressed, it will be my go to in the future. I will say that they are pricey for what you get, but the food is on a higher level than other quick service Burger places.

I have worked and ate at five guys and the food is good. I can say they are clean in the front and back . i would always recommend a five guys burger but its pricy lol. i would never recommend working here though. some people were messy and apparently rules like tattoos and piercings etc only apply to certain people. Lots of favoritism.

Great service, clean, clean store! Employee at the front could be a little more professional instead of leaning on the glass when they have nothing to do, stand or sit up, especially when you see people walk in, look like you care! Otherwise the burgers and fries were great, as per normal, and the whole of the shop was bright, happy, playing good classic rock, and had a vibrant crowd! Fun! “Single, all the way” is delicious!

The PRICE…..almost $30 for two Little Burgers, one Little Fry and one Little Drink! It’s insanely overpriced. The burger and fries are good, but this sit down table service prices for fast food.
