I absolutely love 5 Guy’s in Knoxville in Turkey Creek. This store in particular has a fantastic manager because the food is always prepared exactly as I ordered it. The one and only time my fries were undercooked, the manager personally called me and apologized and asked for feedback on how to improve the service. Being a big believer in showing appreciation for a job well done, I have to say that you always do a fantastic job of taking care of your customers. KUDOS to great food and outstanding customer service.

First time customer: got little cheeseburger, little guy and milk shake. All three were outstanding! The service was also outstanding! Best burger I have tasted in a long time, including my own grilled ones. Fries were my ideal French fry. Shake was perfect! Great job all around!!

I was greeted and waited on right away by one of the employees. He took my order correctly and asked if I would like a drink.
The food was ready in less than five minutes and tasted delicious. The fries were freshly cooked and well seasoned.
Definitely will be back for another visit.
