This is only the second time I’ve been to Five Guys and I will not be returning to any of their locations. I ordered a little Cajun with my meal and received plain unseasoned fries. For how much they are asking to pay for a meal and to receive what I got, its enough for me to never return to any of their locations if this is the service that is to be expected.

Probably the cleanest food places I have ever been too. My husband and I came for dinner everything was amazing. We will definitely be coming back. Employees were also very nice and helpful.

Don’t usually review big chains but this spot deserves it. The lady running kitchen and the guy running the register (&working kitchen, too) were great. They’re extremely efficient, very communicative to eachother, talkative with guests. Made my patty & salad bowl perfectly.

Decent food. But ridiculously over priced. NO ONE should ever have to pay 20+ dollars for a burger and fries! This is not only an egregious act but its disrespectful to the consumer. It shows greed. For the price of one burger meal I could 3 meals from any other burger place.

Good and fast service. Restrooms and tables are clean. Fountain machine serves most of the offered drinks. They prepared my order without mistake. Deserves 5 star.

5 Guys is always great but this store was exceptional. My son and I grabbed lunch on Mother’s day Saturday on our way to do some shopping and we both remarked how nice the team was. Just normal nice folks making customers feel welcome and relaxed.
Where it went above and beyond is when an hour later I reached to grab my wallet to pay for a mother’s day present and it was gone. I called the store and they politely answered and even went to look where I was sitting. Unfortunately no wallet was found so I told them it must have fallen out of my pocket when I got in my truck. The man on the phone offered to run out and search the parking lot and HE FOUND MY WALLET!!!!!
The amount of trouble he saved me from cancelling credit cards, getting a new drivers license, etc was worth more than you know!
So anyway, they were already a nice group of people that made for a great lunch but really went above and beyond. I’m pretty much a 5 Guys fan for life at this point. Thanks again yall.

Red and white dominates the decor so you know you’re in the right place.
Thankfully we were told about the generous portion of fresh cut fries (today from 5C Farms in Parker, ID). Had we ordered an order of fries for each of us, we would have exploded trying to eat them all.
The burgers were hot and tastey. If you only want one patty, order “Little”.
Yes it cost more than other fast food burgers, but they ARE better.
Only missed the 5th star for minor issues not worth mentioning. But since you asked… one “Freestyle” machine ran out mid pour. Jalapenos got added to a burger without being ordered (good thing I like them).
