Wasted 20 minutes at this location. There were 4 cheerful and polite people working. It took 3 of them and 2 minutes to accept cash and make change. Then it took 2 of them to return the cash when they concluded 10 minutes later that they could not actually make a chocolate milkshake. I should have realized my mistake when I saw the room was empty at lunch hour while Jersey Mikes next door was packed. The locals must know to avoid.

This was the first 5g place I visited since 2019. Not happy. I hope other 5g places are doing better. Waited ~20 minutes for the burger. Fries were 2/5 at best soggy and salty, burger had all the ingredients, but squashed way too much and soggy as well. Not really clean at 9pm. $50 for two people (burger, fries, soda) is crazy bad value for money. Kind of ruined my memory of 5g being the best place for burger :/

The Cajun French fries had far too much seasoning, so I wasn’t able to finish eating them. There should be a combo option instead of having to order everything separately, especially since the burgers by themselves are $11+ each.
