I truly don’t understand the hype around this place. I walked into pure chaos, and the entire place smelled like a deep fryer that’s seen things.
Somehow I spent $40 for what amounted to a very small pile of extremely greasy food. The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because they aggressively throw extra fries into the bag like an apology. Honestly, that was the highlight of the experience.
If the prices were slashed in half and the food wasn’t caked in grease, this place might deserve the hype people give it. Until then, I’ll happily take my money elsewhere.

Clean store, friendly staff, fast service, and courteous people. We’ll definitely be going back any time we’re back on that side of town.

I visited this location at about 2:15pm today and to say I was impressed was an understatement. Fast food has been on a steep decline for years, and nobody takes pride in making it. The crew here, however, seemed to be enjoying their work, and the food reflected this. The crew were also working so well together and seemed like they all got along great, which was a refreshing reprieve from the dead eyes of most fast food workers. The burger was great, the fries perfect, and the milkshake was absolutely fantastic. Keep up the great work! Thanks yall!

My visit to Five Guys is always a good one, but the last time I visited the staff went above and beyond. There were only “three guys” working when I went in, but Remy, Corey, & Harris get Five Stars from me. It was 10 minutes until they closed and I just knew my appetite was going to ruin these employee’s last few minutes of work. I try not to go in places getting ready to close because I know how great it feels when it’s almost time to clock out. But my need for food beat my need to be curtious that very moment. I wanted a bacon cheese burger and an Oreo shake. When they told me they were out of bacon I thought it was payback for coming in as late as I did, but it wasn’t. These 3 guys were 100% top notch the entire time I was there. Super polite team and my cheeseburger was amazing even without the bacon. I also found out that the employees all have a special milk shake they created, that’s not on the menu. I had Corey’s Nutter Butter milkshake and it was amazing. They also told me the owner of this store goes above and beyond to take care of his employees, which is awesome. It means a lot to people to actually enjoy where they work. They have an incentivized “Employee of the Month” program in place as well. Needless to say, after this visit, I support Five Guys even more than before. The only suggestion I have to the owner is to put the Employee of the Month plaques up front where they can be seen instead of on the wall by the bathrooms.
I will be visiting again soon because Five Guys never disappoints…even when they’re out of bacon!

I wish I could leave zero stars. I picked up my order and delivered it to the customer. As soon as I got it out of the car it fell through the bag onto the pavement because the bottom of the bag was saturated in grease. This is the second time this has happened with food from this establishment. Not only that but now I have a large grease stain in the passenger seat of my brand new car where it was sitting. I will never pick up food there again for delivery or otherwise! You might want to consider putting your greasy mess in plastic bags instead of paper bags.
