I enjoy 5 Guys, BUT….. its a drag when some workers act as if they’re doing YOU a favor by serving you. Last time I checked, we the customers are the reason you’re paying your bills with OUR patronage. The lack of customer service is deplorable and sad in this location. I’ll take my money and patronage to Zelda Rd from now on.

Our speech and debate team infiltrated this location on Thursday. I do t think the staff was ready, but they handled over 75 customers (maybe closer to 100) at an impressive rate. They showed patience and amazing customer service. AJ was amazing!!!

My husband and I had lunch at this location. The employee who took our order was friendly, professional and actually made us feel welcome. Our burgers were so delicious and perfectly cooked. I think this maybe my new favorite burger. The dining area was clean and neat. I have to say our experience here was was above our expectations. I highly recommend that everyone should give Five Guys a try for you next burger.

Ordered a small bacon burger with diverse toppings, but it was enough to make me full.
OtHowever, other than the fact that I can choose as many toppings as I want, did not find the burger too special. Also for somewhat reason, the beverage tasted as if there was no gas in it.
But I have to admit that the fries were nice!
