Another bad visit, both burgers were WELL DONE, kind of crispy and no taste. One of the burgers did not have all condiments as requested which has been the running theme at this location. I guess it’s time to stop throwing away good money on bad food and find another burger place. Sounds like time to make a return visit to Whiskey Foxtrot.
Not a good night for the team tonight. One of my burgers was supposed to have extra lettuce, tomatoes, mustard and a side of bbq sauce.
They forgot the bbq sauce again so I had to remind them but once I got home, there was another disappointment. I guess tariffs is impacting the amount of lettuce since I asked for extra and probably didn’t get the normal serving. There weren’t any tomatoes so not sure what happened there, maybe tariffs again.

As a frequent visitor of Five Guys, I was so disappointed. This was our first time visiting this location. Everyone knows if you go to Five Guys, you’re going to wait on your food to be cooked. Well, the food came out quick. And you could tell by the crispness of the patty and the cheese wasn’t melted. I was so disappointed. We’ll try again maybe to see if it’s actually freshly cooked. Customer service was fantastic though!

Fantastic Five Guys at Stadium Trace in Hoover. This Five Guys is not a corporate location but a local franchise, so the prices are reasonable. Great burger and the fries are the best in Hoover. Come Fall, their outdoor seating area will be a great option for seating. (Even today it was comfortable).

I finally had an opportunity to get a burger from here and not have to drive to Riverchase. Same great burgers, friendly staff, and service, I just don’t have travel as far anymore. Halleluiah!! This location was also at the Taste of Hoover.

Overpriced no seasoning someone was sweeping the the floor and running the register not friendly at all the fries are the only reason if you shut down the rest wont be missed $20.00 for double patty burger… It’s a NO for me Me. mr.guys

Fantastic visit! Second day open and the whole experience was great. Multiple workers greeted us when we arrived and quickly took our order. Got our food in about 10 minutes and it was all very good. Restaurant is very clean, professional staff, and happy to have another restaurant in the neighborhood run by this fantastic restaurant group.

Today was the first time eating there. We had a bacon cheese burger and fries. It was sooooo good. Big and juicy. The best burger I’ve had in a long time. The staff was so nice and kind. They greeted us soon as we went in. Great service. Five guys did not disappoint. We will definitely be back.

My husband still got a great burger, but this location didn’t understand the gluten allergy protocol I have come to trust at Five Guys. No noting the allergy in the system despite telling them twice and no glove change before handling the lettuce wrap and fries.
