My wife and I placed a to go order which proceeded to take longer than 35 minutes to receive after placed. When she received her burger bowl the lettuce was sparse and extremely wilted. Having no but makes everything else very important to the meal. Very disappointed when arriving home.

My wife and I decided to grab a burger, she suggested Five Guys in Fultondale. We get there, walk in and start our order. I don’t know the ladies name who started taking our order, “older, white, slim,” I started giving my order, and this being my first time here, I wanted the bacon cheese burger, she asked about the toppings, well this being my first time, I wasn’t sure what toppings they had, so I asked, well that’s when the attitude started, and it just got worse, I asked if the tomatoes were crisp or not, and the attitude went full blown trailer park, so my wife and I walked out, deciding to go somewhere else, We ended up going to Bojangles in Fultondale, awesome customer service there, friendly and courteous, plus their chicken is awesome.
But back to Five Guys, We are an interracial couple, and I truly hope that in itself didn’t play into this ladies attitude, but that is a thought, since neither my wife nor I was rude in any way.
If this is normal for this woman to act like this, you might need to reassess your need of her.

The food was yummy per usual and they give you so many fries! I went with a group and I would definitely recommend sharing a large fry with 4-5 people.

I’ve always loved 5 guys. Best burgers around. Buns are sesame seed buns which I don’t care for but still the most delicious burger ever. Fries are always scrumptious! We get a little fry and it was plenty for my husband and I to share. Of course, we can’t leave till we get a sack for our nuts.

Five guys always has a great burger! This location was no different. If you are looking for something different, you can try what I ordered.
Each bun of this bacon cheese burger is a grilled cheese. I then add jalapeños, mushrooms, tomatoes, pickles and A1.
This is around the same price as a regular bacon cheeseburger and well worth it. It is definitely worth a try if you are looking to mix it up.
