Food is good. Fresh and tasty like 5 Guys classic. It’s too expensive. $22 got a burger, fries and Coke is ridiculous even in this economy. The 3 stars are because the tip jar was front and center in your face but the trash was overflowing, the wait for food was 20 minutes and every table was filthy (staffing appeared typical and place wasn’t that busy). I had to clean my own table with soap and paper towels from the bathroom.

I placed a web order. I stood in there for over 40 minutes asking where are my food was?People were coming and going placingorders and getting their food. Finally, a worker said, let me go look for it. It was on a shelf cold. It was mixed in with pots and pans placed by accident up there.
I asked if it could be remade so it would be hot. I was told it was a web order, No. I called corporate office today.Hoot said the owner would have to do something. I talked to said owner today. Who could do nothing but tell me in his narcissic self How it affects him but screw me the customer. NO SOLUTION but his team has the right to be wrong. The problem with this location is the narcissist acting owner.

Awesome fries, and regular size is enough for 3 people. Great customer service. AC could be a lot cooler. Bri is super nice as well as the whole crew. They are all about customer satisfaction!

No complaints here. Called in my order 15 minutes before I arrived and it was ready when I got there. I still dined inside. I don’t think I tasted my food because I inhaled it but it was absolutely delicious! Compliments to the chefs!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was cooked fast and to order. It was my son’s first Five Guys experience and he was very happy and satisfied. Restaurant does have smell of rubber kitchen mats at the drink station. If you’ve worked in a restaurant, you know the smell. Also had to ask for napkins as there were none at the drink station. A well earned 4 stars. We will be back!

So, I have to update my first review. Five Guys has gone from a 1 star to a 5 star, and they have stopped over cooking their french fries. Finally I can say I am getting a great burger and first class french fries. The service at this location has really improved since the visit that prompted me to rate them a 1. I’m glad to see management reads the reviews and then makes changes to insure they provide the best quality and customer experience possible. I recommend the cheeseburger with a small fry. They give you so many of their yummy french fries in a small serving, you will never feel like they have skimped on the portions. For my weight watchers, dont tempt fate. Five Guys is gonna have you breaking that diet weekly, lol. Whether you are looking for quick lunch or want to hang out with friends or family, Five Guys is the place to be.
