The double cheeseburger was good but the prices for just one cheeseburger is crazy I could have gotten a meal for the price of a burger at Arby’s and I gotta say Arby’s cheese burger was juicy and bigger. We don’t like five guys fries so we only got two cheese burgers that was my first time going to give guys and my last time . Service was good wait time wasn’t to bad just prices are not good .

Vacationing in Florida and decided to give FiveGuys a go and was not disappointed. Love that you can have as many ingredients as you want on your burger. Also had fries which were good and also tried a Salted Caramel milkshake which was quite good. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, good music!

The food was not up to par. The last time I had five guys in Ohio it was amazing. Super juicy burgers and fresh toppings. Last. Ight we went and it tasted like dried out beef. Maybe it sat out too long. The toppings were not fresh either. The fries were not bad but not as hot and fresh like I recall. Won’t be going back.

I ordered online and my food was ready right at the pickup time, which I really appreciated. I arrived a little early and loved that they had high tables available to wait comfortably. The food tasted amazing, definitely worth it! It did get a bit messy quickly, but that’s expected with most good burgers. Overall, a great experience and I’ll be back!

One of the best five guys I’ve been to. Everything is super fresh as always but something about the burger was just great. The bun was perfectly toasted on mine and my wife’s lettuce wrap was just the right amount. All the toppings were there as requested. The addition of a drink and small fry for $5 was new since last we went and adds great value. The small fry is usually like 2 but this was easily 3! Everyone was so friendly. Only complaint is that the peanuts were REALLY stale but when I told them, they appreciated the feedback and didn’t take it as a complaint which it wasn’t – just feedback.

I love 5 guys but with 2 tiny eaters it is very expensive with no reasonable kids options.
Also, there is an article from 2008 in the bathroom that advertises prices 1/5 of today rate. I know inflation is real but not 500% in 20 years.

This review is mainly because of the fries. Omg, horrible… $6.99 for a pile of (almost) mush. Not one fry was over an inch long. They were soft, soggy, and WAY over salted. Look, Five Guys, you want to bend me over a barrel and charge $30 for 2 burgers and 1 order of fries… fine. But it better be excellent! Today, no.
