Wasted money! Paid over $12 per burger and BARELY have toppings – ridiculous!!
The fries are soggy and COVERED in 3 times the normal amount of salt. It is so bad, we’ve wiped them off and put in air fryer.
Owner & Management – get a handle on this franchise.

The restaurant is very clean and maintained. The location is very good if you wanna eat outside in peace. The staff was very friendly, which is hard to find these days. The cook was on his A game moving orders along as they should be. This is probably the best five guys that I’ve been to. I plan on returning very soon. Good job, team!

This location is incredibly hit or miss on food quality. The fries the past few months are typically soaked in oil and too salty. I won’t be ordering from here anymore – today even my burger was pink in the middle.

I ordered online expecting something decent, but it was a total disappointment. The food was terrible, especially the fries – soggy, greasy, and tasteless. The packaging looked sloppy and everything was poorly presented. Honestly, a complete waste of money. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Five Guys moved a few doors down to this newer location a few months ago and it does seem to be easier to get in to and is a decent place to eat both indoors and outdoors. We generally order ahead and it’s always ready (hot and fresh) when we pick it up. Still is one of our favorite burger and fry joints.

We had a strawberry shake and it was really good (and therefore they get 2 stars instead of 1). Not too sweet, real strawberry pieces. Good.
Burgers. Contents not horrible, but the buns just disintegrated while eating.
Fries… If you can’t decide if you want them soggy or horribly salty, you’re in for a treat, they will be both. We had to throw out most of them. Which is extra annoying as they were advertised as place with good fries.
It’s not the worst food I ever had (shake helped), but there are many better choices around.

Perception when giving a customer fries . Places like McDonald’s rip you of and don’t fill up your fries, but here they give you MORE than your money’s worth at this establishment! Fries are made from mounds of quality potato’s stacked in the eatery.
A full five stars from start to finish. Order taker makes sure your order is correct and then the magic begins. Money well spent!
