Five Guys never misses! The burgers are always juicy and full of flavor—exactly what you want every time. The location is clean and super convenient, which makes the whole experience even better. Personally, I always get extra Cajun seasoning on my fries (a MUST), and I dip them in their BBQ sauce for that perfect kick.

I have never been able to eat an order of small fries myself. They usually give enough fries for two people. Each time I go there, the portion gets smaller. This time was absolutely ridiculous. $36+ for 2 burgers and fries. You can get that at am actually restaurant. This visit was terrible. The fry portion was pathetic. The burgers were mediocre at best. And when I showed the kid behind the counter, the fries. He just shrugged his shoulders. Shame on you for raising prices and lowering the size and quality of your food.

I gave them one more chance… And totally regret it. Five guys is unique because they give a very generous portion on the fries. Eight dollar for THIS large fry? Staff is indifferent and it shows. Crossing the LOL location off my list (pun intended).

I purchased a gift card from this Five Guys location using my Amex Platinum monthly credit. When I tried to use it 1–2 months later, the card showed as invalid at this store.
I later contacted Five Guys customer service, who confirmed that the gift card is valid and has no issues.
While the manager never explicitly said the card was stolen, her tone, attitude, and body language made me feel as though I was being treated as if I had brought in a stolen or illegitimate gift card, simply because I no longer had the receipt from two months ago. This was extremely uncomfortable and unnecessary.
What made it worse was her clear impatience and unwillingness to even try processing the card more than once, or to offer any constructive next steps.
Mistakes can happen, but customers should not be made to feel suspected or dismissed when asking for reasonable help. This experience reflected a serious lack of professionalism and basic customer service.

I actually have to eat the hamburger while smiling the whole time. Fresh shelled peanuts always for the grabbing. If you order the large order of fries you better eat the burger first as the fries are a whole meal. Small fries with your meal, unless you have a couple dogs.

Food has been great since open but there has been some new staff hired that don’t listen when taking orders because they are being allowed to wear an earbud in one ear to listen to music. As a result, our order was wrong – no surprise. The trash cans were overflowing while they stood behind the counter socializing and checking the cell phones. It’s a bit outrageous to ask for tips BEFORE receiving food and service.

John B was so fantastic. He was efficient, effective, and so friendly. He greeted us as soon as we came in. Claire was filling items and cleaning up. It was the cleanest five guys I had been in. I shared with Claire and she was so appreciative. JP then shared with me the food safety. He was so proud of where he worked. They were truly a delight. I lost my spot on the survey and threw away my receipt please share with them both how much they impressed us and how welcomed we felt.

It’s always clean which is obviously a necessity. The employees are always so kind and helpful. The ladies always so fun. The burgers always spot on and yummy. I like how they have a variety of seating for our different moods… And physical abilities. (Getting older is not that fun).
Though the seats are quite hard, a bit of cushion for the company would be nice. But that won’t stop me from going back to satisfy my burger craving once a month.
