Attention to details, customer service, and employee wellbeing went right out the door along with the previous general manager. This store is/has been run so far into the ground that employee morale is disgustingly low and the only concern being led anymore is to shareholder value. Fryer has been broken for months, our hot table is both broken (cold) and too small to accommodate Ocala’s growth to efficiently place orders and maintain freshness, and our potato cutter hasn’t been in adequate operation for months. The only reason this store still in operation is because of the handful of remaining employees who don’t know any better than to jump a sinking ship. Who would have conceived that a general manager is necessary to appropriately and effectively run an efficient store! Also the vegetables for gluten free options come out the same cases as the non-gluten free toppings. I wouldn’t allow a gluten free individual that I love eat here. I’ve tried to fix every one of these issues and nobody high enough cares. The average customer couldn’t even imagine the array of issues that minimum wage workers here solve on a daily basis.

Let me see… I do the ordering at the counter, I pick it up, I get my own soda and condiments… but you want a TIP? $50 for a meal for 2 people in a place like this is way too much especially when the fries are dumped on top of the burgers and the bag was soaked in grease! It tasted good but sooo much grease, I’m sure I’ll pay for it tomorrow. No thanks.

Worst Five Guys I’ve EVER visited. And I travel extensively. Customer service stinks big here. Employees are rude. Yell at us while we are trying to give our order & make sure it is complete. Order taker kept helping other people who randomly walked up to the counter while we were trying to order. I am amazed the doors are still open if this is how they treat everyone. So rude.AND….no surprise our order was wrong. Shocker

Pretty sad when you pay double the price for half the food anymore. five guys has really let us down today. When did you switch from the cups to the cheap small McDonald’s french fries bags, literally makes us question ever coming back. The only thing you had going for you, was the fact that you oversized the french fries for everybody. Higher ups should rethink their decision. This will hurt your reputation.
$40 for 1 Burger with no bun and two large fries not even drinks that’s just ridiculous.
Then 1st option on screen is 15% tip, pass. Not tipping for someone to do their job. Especially when people who work seem to hate itself.

The last seven times me and my husband have visited the store they’ve gotten it wrong. I wish I was lying, but yes, you heard me right the last seven times even with a manager taking my order and making the burger they have gotten it wrong. We’ve sent food back and gotten confirmation phone calls such as yes, extra onion yes extra mayonnaise. Yes extra bacon bacon. And there will not be a singular remnant of onion, bacon or mayonnaise on the burger. About six months ago, I would have written an entirely opposite review. They used to be amazing but now for some reason, it’s like nobody cares or nobody wants to make the correct ticket. If you can, please order from a different establishment. These people do not give a crap about what you want

The atmosphere and service were the worst. Everyone felt rude especially the guy at the front taking my order. He looked miserable and annoyed. I’ve never been there before and everyone was huddling around each other like a school girl clique while I’m looking at the menu as if Im holding up an imaginary line. First and last time there. Mean girl/boy energy at its finest.

I had a great experience at Five Guys thanks to Seth, Jamie, and Shawn! They were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding — even when the mix-up was completely my fault. They handled everything with such professionalism and positivity. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. If they ever decide they want to clean instead of cook, we got them!

Five Guys easily has some of the best burgers. This location didn’t disappoint. The guy that took our order was really funny and the food was superb. The staff seemed to work really well together and got food out fairly quickly. Hopefully this location stays open as I notice a few others have closed down

Exceptionally pathetic with their level of service. I asked for a flat pan for my fries so that I could enjoy them while driving.. These people flatly refused after making me wait over 20 minutes for the two food delivery orders that I was collecting from here. I guess this place did not want my money. VERY RUDE PEOPLE!!!

Always consistent quality with burgers and service. Locations are always clean and service staff always friendly and efficient. Music at this particular location was a bit too loud tho! Parking is a bit difficult at peak times (like lunch).
