As soon as I walked in I saw employees conversation and laughing amongst one another. But the tables were dirty, peanuts all throughout the floor. The lobby was jusr a hot mess! Instead of talking… get the store up to part for customer’s as myself coming in.
I was very surprised that the bathroom was okay.

The manger tried to make new Cajun fries but it was beyond salty. The burgers were mushy didn’t taste good like the meat wasn’t fresh. The floors and tables outside were so dirty and gross as others have said. I would say this place is in a state of major neglect and downfall. Their standards a just too low for a Five Guys establishment. Find a better one than this.

While driving home, I started eating my fries and noticed most of them were hard, and tasted off — almost like they had been refried or overcooked. Then I bit into my burger and one entire side of the patty was burnt. It had a crunchy, charred texture and a strong overpowering burnt taste. (9:10pm it was pretty dark so I didn’t notice at first.)

This location should be training branch for all other locations. The staff, lead by Supervisor named Rain, Josh and others know their repeat customers and make them feel welcome. I am in the hospitality business and we spend a great deal of time and effort training our staff to make our guest feel welcome.
I will frequently pick up meals for my wife and I, and even more often, pick up a big bag of fries for the road. I love to hear them yell “Large fries Solo”.

We got here at 11:02 the doors not open.. all the employees sitting at the table talking… we got in to see workers walking around on the cellphone.. only one guy working with glasses for like 5 minutes… then sitting here with my 3 year old that same worker is saying you dont eat this shit over and over er to a working.. not cool.

5 Employees 2 Women doing nothing but Laughing hysterically while one stared at me almost the entire time I was sitting there and Coughing using her arm not Changing gloves 10 dollars for a burger, Fire the 2 women they literally did nothing the entire time but ruin my visit and spread germs not doing any work whatsoever. VERY DISSATISFIED. And the lobby looks very dirty.

Burgers and fries are always top notch, they just give you way to many fries, pictured is a small order, I love their fries and could only eat 1/2, 21.00 for a double with bacon, small fries and a drink is pricey. This location really needs to paint their restroom doors, very dark black stained where hand prints have pushed doors open for a long time, kinda gross.

All of the food was made perfectly. Ingredients were all very fresh. Tomatoes were so juicy. Love their Cajun fries. Highly recommend. Staff was very friendly.
