I am so upset. I eat at the Radio Rd loc. quite often. On certain shifts the workers just don’t care. They gave me cheese on my “LITTLE BACON BURGER”, & they slopped SOOOOO MUCH condiments on it, then smashed it together that it was soggy, oozing out of everywhere, all over everything, & disgusting when I got home. I live 2 minutes up the road. I’ve even begged them not to do this, but they still do it. Another thing they don’t do is put barbecue sauce on my sandwich. I order the same thing every time I go, & 10 out of 10×, they leave it off. I know people exaggerate, but this was completely uncalled for & straight carelessness. It ALWAYS happens to me. When I order, I asked them kindly to not let this happen again but nothing is ever done & nothing ever changes.

Five guys is amazing. The fries and burgers are always amazing. The thing I like about this location is that they serve milkshakes here the other five guys locations that I have been to do not as far as I know. The food came out fast and the staff were very friendly.

I call this “medium fast” food. Not about the quality, but about the speed. Your hamburger is cooked to order. Just the way you want it with the trimmings that you pick. The burgers are big. Consider the “small” burgers. The fries are fabulous! Seriously good and they give you lots of them. Five Guys costs a little more than the other chains, but their quality and taste is outstanding. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had dinner and this five guys tonight in our experience was awesome. They were closed for a little bit for a remodel and they really hit the ground running when they open back up. They had awesome Burgers the restaurant was super clean and the employees were out of this world. My wife and I were very very impressed with the assistant manager Bensley he took the time to explain to us the menu his attitude was awesome my wife has food allergies so Bentley took the time to make sure that everything was prepared just right and we were 100% happy he kept a smile on his face throughout the whole ordeal this type customer service is few and far between thank you very much Bensley

Today my wife mistakenly ordered from the wrong location. She ordered a pretty big size dinner for the two of us and was intended for radio Road however she sent it to Pine Ridge after talking to the managers not only did I not have an issue with getting my order transferred to the other location but when I got to the radio Road location the manager Eli was completely outstanding, amazing, and wonderful as well as all the employees. Extremely busy location and they were not only on top of it but they went out of their way to give me the best service possible.

Have been going to Five Guys, both in Naples and Virginia, for many years. You get fast service, decent food, and altogether a good experience. Burgers and hot dogs are fine, French fries are first rate and incredibly plentiful, and the free peanuts, salted in the shell, put it over the top!
