I normally would give a 5. Let’s face it, usually, they get it right. New people, I believe. When I ordered, via phone, the girl repeated everything I said. Wow. Sounds good. Not so. I DESPISE pickles. Requested none. My husband loves them and I spoke his order first. Yes I got pickles. Food did sit a bit. When we went to reheat, I found them. I got rid of everything and started fresh. Definitely not a decent meal. Pickle taste and smell gets on even the meat. Unfortunately, I could not eat it. My husband enjoyed extra food.

Staff is really rude at this location and decides random times to stop accepting promo codes. For example, yesterday they had to buy one get one burger code, by the time I got there at 4:45 PM. They said they stopped accepting the promo code at 4:30 PM due to high order volume. There was NO ONE in the store, but me, and they wouldn’t accept the code. This feels discriminatory.

Five Guys Pine Island Rd. 6-12-24
We had to stop by Five Guys as I was Hungry for a burger and some fresh cut fries. Walked in around 12:15 on a Wednesday and got waited on right away by Ryan. The first thing I noticed was he had a bead guard on, so I knew food sanitation was priority one. The place was clean and neat with bags of potatoes stacked in order. Another cool thing about this place is they have peanuts for you to eat while waiting for your food order. I immediately got me some peanuts to take back to our table. We ordered our burgers, and you can order them just the way you want. Their burgers are fresh ground beef (not frozen). They have two patties and their small burgers have just one. Now for the best thing is their Boardwalk Fries which is French Fries with the skins on and fried in peanut oil (no cholesterol). They even have Cajun style Boardwalk Fries for those of you that like them spicy. We ordered a large as it was three of us eating them. They also have Hot Dogs, Cheese Dog, Bacon Dog, Bacon Cheese Dog, and a Kosher Dog. They have mike shakes on the menu, but I did not try one maybe next time. Our order came out fast. It was hot and everything on this burger tasted fresh and very good. The Fries were amazing and there were plenty of them. This place has good food and great fries. You may pay a little bit more here, but you must remember everything is fresh from the Burgers to the Fries and you can taste the difference. Everyone should try this place. I give this place a 5 out of 5 stars.

Great service. Does single Patty cheeseburger was out of this world good it was very good. Also this is the first time that I ordered a vanilla shake and they’re Shake is, well, would be hard to beat in flavor excellent Shake an excellent Burger! Now to the bad part! I should have known to request no salt on my fries and I was going to ask for crispy not realizing just how soggy they would be. I love french fries but these french fries aren’t even french fries. I even like potato cut french fries. These fries were so over salted that no matter how much salt you wiped off there’s still another pile to get off before you can eat them. That’s probably a week’s worth of salt for the human body. They could have probably salted the entire day’s worth of the amount of salt that they used on just one small order. And the Soggy part of these fries well holy cow they could have been cooked way longer I don’t know. Next time I go I will ask for no salt and extra crispy fries. It looked nice inside and the cooks and the person took over order were all excellent

Food was ok. Expensive like always, bought 1 large fry to share between 4 of us and still ended up spending $60 with 4 burgers and 4 drinks. I usually love five guys but I felt sick after eating here. The tables weren’t wiped down, but the staff was super nice and friendly.

Over-the-top great service. Genuinely (not scripted) pleasant greeting and interaction from multiple crew members. The food, of course, is typical five guys deliciousness. Cajun fries were piping hot with that nice level of spice. Also had a bacon + salted caramel shake and it was great, though I’d say if trying out bacon in your shake, peanut butter is the bestest companion. Gonna have to put in an extra workout this week! Totally worth it though!

My food was amazing. I had an All The Way Burger and fries. My wife had the single patty burger. The food was fresh and pretty quick considering it was cooked to order. The staff was friendly and the store was clean and well kept. Definitely returning to get my burger fix!
