Delicious food and I was amazed by the amazing customer service! They are super friendly and helpful. The manager offered us free peanuts from the boxes in the dining area while we waited for our food . Our food was ready when we went inside to pick it up. All in all, great service, food and atmosphere. 10/10

The food tastes good like the other 5 Guys but it seems to be getting expensive. 54.00 for 3 people. This location received a 1 star because the AC didn’t seem to be working correctly. It was very humid and warm and sticky inside the restaurant. They also allowed a person to come in and order and eat with no shirt on and a bit disgusting.

The food is great. But, dang it it’s pricey. 1 cheese burger,1 hot dog, 1 patty melt, 3 small fries and 3 regular fountain drinks $55. The bacon cheeseburger is $15

Came here 10 minutes before close and food was just as good as always. Haven’t ever given these folks the review they deserve and it is overdue! Food is always fresh, service is always pleasant, and these folks work their butts off day and night to make great food.
Burgers are all good – grilled onions and mushrooms on burger are great!
Hot dogs also good
Fries are excellent
Love the seasoned fries!
Veggie sandwich was decent, didn’t personally like the peppers on it so would opt not to get in the future.
Generous with milkshake toppings.

OK, the only time in my life I’ve ate at Five Guys, was in the location in Orlando, FL on Semoran Blvd (close to the airport) in 2016…
It was good but, well, I just moved to USA then, and after almost 8 years living here, living in 3 different states (FL, IL and VA) and traveled around 14 other different states of this big country (and tried almost every single place on the road), from main fast food chains to simple burger joints in a corner at any given street…
I have to confess that SHAKE SHACK burgers are the best ones you can afford, without spend 100 $ for a Burger in a gourmet restaurant in New York or San Francisco, which BTW, in both cities I did try those expensive ones, and I still prefer Shake Shack hands down without any doubt!
For the review of this Five Guys location in Winter Haven, FL, I requested a double with + “all the way” (all the toppings) and it was good, very good! The meat was great and juicy, with fresh toppings and melty cheese, a 9 of 10
Maybe the main reason that make me believes that it’s not a wonderful burger, it’s was because the sauces are the classics (mustard, ketchup and mayo) and it make a kind of “boring” for such a good combination of bread, meat and toppings. Also it is fare to say that being such a “loaded” you don’t feel yourself like a blimp , plus I didn’t pay for the , just the burger.
But is not close to the Shake Shack level (for the record, the best Shak Shack is the one at downtown Virginia Beach, VA), it’s close but not enough.
One more thing: there is saying that says: “if you see an employee of a restaurant eating in the place, the food is good” well, there you have a picture of beautiful employee taking his Five Guys for dinner.

I finally tried this restaurant for the first time. And, let me tell you, it will NOT BE MY LAST!!! The food was INCREDIBLE!!! The burger was juicy, hot and made exactly how I ordered it….delicious!!! And, it was huge. Well worth the money. Don’t get me started on the fries. I’m a huge potato fan and fries are up there at the top as far as personal preference. Boy oh boy were those fries off the chain AWESOME!!! I could have made a meal out of just the burger or just the fries. But, I ate both of them together and BAM…a new favorite place to eat. My only regret….I didn’t try it sooner and I can’t afford to eat it at least once a week, which I would could I afford to. So yummy. Bottom line folks….GO GET YOU SOME!!!! I can’t wait till my next visit!!

I love their milkshakes! They’re so light and fluffy. You can share a fries because the portion is large. I recommend the hotdogs.
