Welcome back to Westchase Five Guys! Service was awesome! Elden greeted everyone as they walked in with the biggest smile and truly made me feel welcome! As I was waiting for my order, Joe came over and greeted me also. Whole staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Besides myself, other customers also thanked them for coming back to the neighborhood. Wishing them great success!

I just had a fantastic experience at the new Five Guys that opened up in the neighborhood, and I had to share!
From the moment I walked in, the service and attitude of the staff were genuinely great. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and clearly happy to be there—it made the whole meal a pleasure.
But let’s talk about the food! The burger was absolutely delicious—classic Five Guys quality, juicy, perfectly cooked, and piled high with toppings. And the fries? Totally on point! Crispy, seasoned just right, and the perfect sidekick to the main event.
If you’re looking for a great, satisfying meal with some of the best service around, you have to check out this new spot. They’re already setting a high bar!

Nice atmosphere and not so crowded for 1pm lunch time. The food came out hot and fresh. Everyone…. was super nice from the cashier, cooks, guy cleaning the tables, and manager. Thank you for giving my Mom her first “Five Guys” experience a great one!!!

Five Guys is always a guaranteed great meal, and this location delivers every time. The burgers are fresh, juicy, and completely customizable, but the real star is their fries—easily the best around. They’re perfectly seasoned, served hot, and the portions are incredibly generous. The Cajun fries are my personal favorite with just the right amount of spice. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly and quick, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Everything tastes freshly made, and you can always count on consistent quality. Highly recommend Five Guys for anyone craving amazing fries and a great burger!

I really love Five Guys, and ever since this location opened, at least twice a month we order from there. However, it’s only good when we eat at the restaurant. One time I placed a pickup order and the burgers came without bacon, and now I ordered through DoorDash and both burgers came without tomatoes and with burnt bacon. When we eat at the restaurant, I don’t have any problems—the food is amazing—but when we order for pickup or delivery, the burgers are honestly not good.

Big fan of 5 Guys, been a consistent customer across the country but this location is my least favorite after multiple visits. It is a decent amount more expensive, my 2 little cheese burgers and regular fry (no drink) was $28… $7 more expensive than even the one by my apt in Manhattan somehow… also, this location actually skimps on fries, uncharacteristic for a 5 Guys, also the fries have never been properly cooked in my 4 visits. Typically soggy/under cooked and don’t bother asking for Cajun seasoning, it’s not coming. Lastly, The timing of when the burger was done and when the fries were finished was abysmal, resulting in a cold burger with moist/wet bottom bun and rushed, unimpressive fries both in taste, consistency and allotment.
Very nice, new and convenient location but I will drive the extra few miles to Oldsmar for 5 Guys. More fairly priced, more consistent, and it’s what you expect when you visit 5 Guys.

While the service is really good, Five Guys have gone insane for the prices they are charging. For a little cheeseburger and little fry, I spent $17. The burgers are good, but by no means worth the price. I can go to a sit down restaurant and get a better burger for way less.

Best burger in town, but on the expensive side. The price is worth it in my opinion. Burgers are an experience to behold and the fries came down from heaven. The place is cleaner than a laboratory and service is quick and attentive. Great spot for the quintessential American burger experience.

Food is good, hopefully they last since location is great. The last 3 times I have gone they have forgotten to either put lettuce, (2) cheese on my bacon cheeseburger. I would recommend not doing take out or just check your burger there before leaving.

I am so excited I have a five guys close to home their burgers and fries are amazing. But I notice the price for a small burger is on the expensive side, That’s without the fries. Overall everything is great at this location.
