On my visit earlier this week, I ordered a bacon cheese burger. I don’t live six minutes away, but it was raining. I opened my sandwich and it didn’t have bacon, I called Five Guys, they apologized and offered me a replacement on my next visit (ticket #66). I went in to day to redeem my replacement order, got home neither the onions or mushrooms were grilled. The sandwich was so messy and wet. I opened it up and picked at it trying to salvage what I could. I don’t want a replacement. Just want others to know you simply don’t get what you pay for. Highly disappointed

Five Guys is my go-to when I want a classic, no-frills burger that I know will be good. The food is always fresh and made to order, and the fries are fantastic (especially the Cajun style). The staff at the Wesley Chapel location is always working hard and gets the food out pretty quickly. It’s a solid, reliable choice for a quality meal.

Not sure what happened tonight this place is usually good The BLT sandwich was absolutely disgusting the fries were soggy and almost basically cold by the time I got home and I don’t even live that far away very disappointed it wasn’t like they were busy they should have made some fresh Fry’s I feel like these were fries that were just left in the pan all day and just gave me those instead of a nice fresh batch never going back to this place

The burgers and the fries were delicious! We love fries that are are freshly cut potatoes, not premade and frozen. They’ve recently replaced the tables & chairs. They look nice.
