I havent been to a 5 guys in years
I decided to pop in for a simple burger.
Well what I got was amazing service and a delicious burger Fries as Will the employe said “its the way I like them”. Cajun style and a simple banana/strawberry milkshake all small and single stack. To my surprise the burger to perfection just mayo and grilled union’s, the small fry to feed a family of 8! and the shake hit the spot! But what caught my attention most is what you just don’t see anymore these days an Employe that treated you with professional, respect, and courtesy. As if it were a small hole in the wall/family owned joint of his own. As I sat awaiting my order I observed how Will treated everyone great! Made his orders with pride & treated his coworkers with the same respect and dignity. The establishment was super clean and neat. The rest of the staff you can tell all well trained and also enjoy working there. Kudos to you all keep up the good work. I’ll be stopping by more frequently. I hope more Dfb locals do too

I walked in and was immediately greeted. I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger and fries. The food was excellent. Also, while I was eating I was asked if everything was good. Good food, good service

Just about choked while eating. The incident was more than 10 minutes long and everyone could hear and see me. My girlfriend stood behind me slapping my back. Not one employee came to my table to try and help!!!! We couldn’t believe the total lack of concern by the employees . Disgraceful!!!
I am in remission for Esophageal Cancer and my throat opening is very much smaller than usual. Your employees should all be fired! I

They have delicious hamburgers. Their peanuts and hot hash browns are great. The employee named Keeshan is very polite and friendly.

This might be the best Five Guys location we’ve ever been to across multiple states! The staff here is consistently SO friendly and personable. They cook our food accurately every time, including keeping the fries in the fryer a little longer for us.
It’s a little pricey, as it used to be more affordable, but the burgers -and friendliness of this staff in particular- are worth it!

However, the service quality requires significant improvement. Assistance to customers unfamiliar with the establishment is lacking, and there is a notable absence of patience during the ordering process, even during off-peak hours. Furthermore, the ketchup dispenser was found empty, with an unacceptable delay in replenishment. Routine pre-opening checks should include ensuring the availability of condiments.

Ridiculously expensive probably the most expensive burger joint I’ve ever eaten at and I live in West Palm Beach Florida in the Five Guys there is less expensive than the one in Deerfield Beach by far what a rip-off nobody should have to pay $12 for a hamburger that’s just insane shame on you Five Guys for taking advantage of people
