Nice five guys in Boynton Beach. Had cheeseburgers with fries. The regular fries were really a generous portion. Like any other five guys, it is a bit pricey.

Paid $50 for 4 burgers and completely burnt fries — without even getting a drink. The burgers looked like they’d been crushed in a press, and the fries were inedible. At this price point, you’d expect at least decent quality, especially when even some full-service restaurants charge less. Extremely disappointing experience.

The customer service is excellent! The restaurant was clean and inviting. There were several people waiting on their food were who seemed to be very nice and not loud. The food is delicious. The burger wasn’t dry or over cooked, it was well seasoned and the sesame bun was soft. The fries where not too greasy and tasted like organic potatoes. The sprite, well, it tasted like sprite but I like the fact the machine gives you an abundance of choices to choose from. Over all, I had a great experience and I would recommend Five Guys to my friends and family members.

Very efficient. Great food. A little pricey as it was almost $15 for a small cheeseburger and fries. I used to work at a restaurant where they sold sandwiches and fries and the owner made all the employees weigh the fries because he determined that every time they sold an order of fries they lost money! When I got my bag with the cheeseburger and fries, there was a ridiculous amount of fries and I ended up taking most of the fries home and I did enjoy them later. Except for the price it’s a very efficient professionally run restaurant exceptionally clean with friendly courteous and professional service. Toppings are included at no extra charge!

Great food, but the atmosphere is lacking. Many times the AC feels like it not even turned on, and the place has gone downhill inside. Very dirty and looks like its falling apart. Freestyle coke machine is often missing over half the product.

They always have the best customer service when I come here to pick up my food. They greet you so nicely and they provide timely service, it’s so nice that they actually talk to you and greet you when you come in because nowadays that’s rare. The burgers and fries are delicious and they always give so much fries! The manager last night was also great because I requested light salt on my fries and he listened and delivered.

The French Fries are very good. They remind me of Thrashers Fries in Ocean City MD. Not as good but close. The burger was good too. In the future l will just purchase their Fries.

I like this five guys, they do a good job here. Take your order fast, make the food fast. It’s pretty clean too. I’ve been here a ton of times and can’t really think of any bad experiences I’ve ever had over here. I like the little cheeseburger, it’s still big. The smallest size fry is always more than enough for 2. For both of us, 2 little burgers a fry and 2 drinks it was $30. I recommend the milkshakes but I can’t ever eat a burger AND the milkshake lol

To my surprise, I have never ventured out and tried Five Guys until today! A bit excited. A bit terrified. My review overall is going to say that it was very greasy and not good if cold. Something to be eaten on the spot – right when it’s made.
I had ordered 2 little burgers, a small fries, and 2 drinks and our lunch was $31. I thought that was high but all the signs around the restaurant were promoting no preservatives / fresh meat. I liked that you could easily customize your burger with the toppings they have listed on the menu. This probably speeds up the ordering process for the staff too.
We waited about 10 minutes for our food to be ready. By the time we took it home, the fries were all soggy. The burgers were wrapped in foil but after a few bites – it was cold. What I liked about the burger was that the bacon was crispy and that the mushrooms went nicely on the burger. What I didn’t like, was how messy it was.
I am not in a rush to come back and eat it but next time, I’ll definitely have to eat it on the spot there.
