I was at the store today, February 26th, and witnessed a family struggling to place their order. The employee who was at the grill preparing the hamburgers came over to them, insulted and humiliated a child and their family. I have never seen such horrible service. I will never return to a Five Guys!

The service and food was terrible, i’m not sure if I simply got a bad batch or what happened but service was rude, I basically got thrown my order in front of me like “here now get away” and the food was bad, burnt fries and a really bland patty. Horrible experience for a fast food that frankly wasn’t cheap either

By far the worst five guys. They end up getting my order totally wrong, not even close to what I ordered. I go up to tell them and the chick snatches my receipt and sucks her teeth at me. I’ve literally never dealt with a “manager” that was so rude. Trashy staff. Don’t waste your money here.

Wow! This is a hard working team right here! Amazing food. Amazing team! Every single person had a sense of urgency and were focused on their task and getting the orders through efficiently. Very busy location. 9 orders in front of me and I was out in 10 minutes. Every employee that had contact with customers, said thank you. Reading the recent reviews, I dont think people have enough patience and appreciate the talent and teamwork I saw today.

The women with the pink wig was extremely disrespectful towards everybody but especially to me. I needed a refill I asked for it, she looked at me and not helped because she was too busy with chit chatting with her coworkers. That’s why I tried to get it myself then she started yelling.
