This is a great 5 guys location. The fries, burgers, dogs and shakes are great and they’ve never gotten an order wrong. The staff and management are friendly and outgoing.
The prices – well, you get what you pay for. This isn’t garbage “fast food”.
The peanuts are great. Nice touch. Eat as many as you want!

Overpriced food and a greasy burger people that genuinely don’t care too much about how happy you are because there’s no shortage of customers. I know the food is fresh because they make it fresh to order but there’s so many people that are just waiting to take each other‘s food and they’re not happy. I would skip this place if I could. I’m just generally frustrated with it. I don’t think I would go back.

The lady at the cashier Jan 4th evening around 9pm was so rude, her conversation and responses were very disrespectful. The staff need better training and observation. The management should talk proper actions.

I have young children, and I ordered jalapeños on my burger. They cross contaminated all of the burgers and even left one jalapeño in one of my child’s burger. One of my kids got a hot dog and had mushrooms left on there from the burgers. My wife asked for no lettuce with pickles, and they got it backwards. Overall a sloppy delivery with very little care given. My burger was fine, with the exception of it being overcooked, which I would normally overlook.

To start the lady at the cashier was very rude. She starting pouring coke and I asked her for root beer she grabbed the cup and threw it in the sink the ice going everywhere she even scared my so that was with me. The I go to pay and the bill is 50 dollars for 2 burgers 2 fries and 2 drinks. I could get a steak dinner for that. Then to top it all of the order took for ever and they kept giving the order to people that had ordered after me. Never eating there again.

Even worse, her hygiene was extremely poor — she was putting her hand under her armpit and spitting while talking. This is unacceptable and unsanitary for a restaurant.
Management really needs to address this.

The pictures you see in the reviews for the five guys at the Florida Mall. The food and the service I give a 4 star. I have the bacon double cheeseburger and cajun fries but unfortunately the fries was a little bit too much Cajun for me lol but the burger was okay. The burger wasn’t really worth $9 but I would say $5 will be okay. But when I recommendedI would say yes if this is your first time eating at a five guys because this was my first time. But personally for me there is better places out there that is cheaper and the burger and fries taste as good.

This was the location in the Florida mall. The cashier was friendly and answered my questions with no problem. The food was very hot and very fresh. When you order a regular fries you get a huge amount, enough to share and we had some fries leftover.
