Haven’t eaten at a five guys in over 10 years, well it didn’t disappoint! Today 1/8/26 went with my friend first order of the day and we both got two double cheese burgers and fries. We asked for a small portion of fries but like always they fill up the bag lol. Very generous portions, glad they didn’t change on that. The burger was great, with lots of flavor and very simple. Also I’m happy they still have the free peanuts! The associate was very nice and greeted us when we entered. Will return! Thank you!

My Son treated tonight for dinner and Door Dashed us some burgers and let me just say. Five Guys have the most sloppy, soggy, gross burgers that I have EVER EATEN in my 63yrs of life. There isn’t 1 good thing I can positively say about their burgers. I hardly could get through 2-3 bites before my stomach literally couldn’t let me finish chewing it on my mouth before revolting and causing me to gag. I feel so bad that I had to throw away this meal that my Son paid god hard-earned $ he worked for and treated us to dinner. I will NEVER understand who actually thinks this is a 5 star meal. Mmmm.

FIVE GUYS WINTER PARK IS OPEN!! I just happened to stop by this morning and it was truly a delightful and very quick experience! Everything is brand new and the staff was enthusiastic and kind. I got the Little Bacon Cheeseburger, all the way, and despite its name, the portion size was ample. The well-cooked patty, crispy bacon, and melted cheese combine beautifully, the onions and mushrooms just add that extra oomph imho.
The fries were fresh and clearly made to order, they’re larger than the typical french fry and I prefer more crunch but I know that’s just not the type of fries they serve at Five Guys. if you’ve been before to another location you know the generous serving size they include in your fry order adds value to the meal either way. I placed my order at 11:11 and was back in my car by 11:17, even with the lengthy walk to my parking spot. All in all, I’m happy I stopped in!

I honestly just wanted to leave a review because they staff is amazing! they all greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in. Isaac took my order and he was super helpful and efficient. Burgers were delicious of course.. Great experience overall! Will definitely be back to this location in the future.

Old Review: So good!! They nailed the 5 guys fries and are extremely friendly! 100% recommend
Update: They have consistently burnt my fries 3 times in a row of buying directly from them – each time I specifically requested my fries not to be crispy or overcoooked and the cashier didn’t even bother to communicate it to the cook. Nevertheless I tried to confirm with the cook that the fried were not crispy or overcooked and he lied to my face.
Not good service.

Please manager train your team better. I know it’s fast food but the place was absolutely empty. As a paying customer, we have the right to get the food as we request it and at this point it is just disappointing and you will start losing customers.

Pretty good burger. Just quite expensive, $17 for a cheese burger and fries. The person who took my order was nice. The store is very new.
