Greeted upon getting to the counter, order taken promptly. My burger was overall very good and the fries excellent. Only drawback with fries dumped in bag with the burger is the wrapping gets a bit greasy. Of course they give you enough napkins cause it can be very juicy. Overall: Happy

Five guys food as a whole is pretty decent but astronomically expensive. But at least when i got a large fry for 8.99 (wild) i could usually count on them to give a good size portion. Usually a half scoop or so at the bottom of the bag. This time I got barely seasoned cajun fries and the bare minimum of the cup. Pretty unfortunate. Understandably busy in there. For the long wait and that result its just disappointing.

Extremely overpriced! 4 little hamburgers, 2 orders of fries and 4 small drinks $75. I didnt get a Milkshake because it was over $7. Dairy Queen Milkshake is $3.50. The Food was good but not worth a fast food self serve burger joint. These prices are equivalent to full service restaurants. Even the employee at the register said that they could not afford to eat here. My family and I will not return

My wife and I came here a few days ago. As someone who used to work for the franchise, I feel I have a higher standard for this business. Teresa was there and welcomed us through the door while she was cleaning the glass. According to my receipt, Nadaijah was my cashier. He was extremely friendly and provided great customer service. While we waited, my wife changed our baby, and I used the bathroom, which was nice and clean. Here is my only complaint. The girl running expo called a number after ours, and we kept waiting, which was perfectly fine, but she then looks to us and asks for our number. I told her, to which she replied, “I called that number a while ago.” Before giving us our food. While, I’m not sure she intended it to be rude, even our friend who was eating with us felt that it came off that way. The food was great, super tasty and made exactly as we asked. I love 5 Guys and will be back. Hopefully, next time the expo girl will be in a better mood.

A little pricey but a solid burger and fries. Then again, everything is pricey these days. I can usually split 1 meal into 2 so it helps with price. But a good spot overall!

Five Guys WHY! Y’all are blowing that price chart out of proportion. Well, obviously the food was good. Cajun Fries A+. You do realize I’ve been made aware you calculate the fries in the bag with the price, right? Yeah, watch out. Burgers good,l. I think you need to take some of those old awards done – you are not a cheap burger. I will say the dude on the register was a bit clueless. Peanuts as usual. That place was dirty. I don’t know man, this place was leaning to that lower end of the spectrum.

This is a great location. They are efficient and friendly and they always get the orders right. I prefer to visit this location even when there is another Five Guys that is closer.

I’m a fan of Five Guys – delicious burgers, food was hot, served fresh, beverage choice is great because they have the coke soda fountain that gives so so so many choices. The sweet tea was fresh.
This is a busy location. Easy parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice outside table area.
The Cons it is challenging area with traffic, indoor seating area needed cleaned – tables, floors, condiments area, and bathrooms were in great need for a cleaning (scary) trash was over flowing but this location didn’t make the 4 star and I’m believing it could be a shortage of staff issue because of CoVid.
We asked for a rag to wipe the tables and chairs down where we sat. They graciously provided that.
If I could give a 3.5 I would.
When I return I’d love to give them a higher Review.

Very disappointed that I came here. I knew it was going to be bad when I walked up and not a single person inside was eating, everyone just waiting for their food…
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger all the way, and a milkshake with whipped cream (whipped cream is an up charge).
When I got my food, nobody seemed to remember that I also ordered a milkshake, so I reminded them that I also had a milkshake. When I did, the employee had to load the machine with more ice cream mix (I’m assuming this is why nobody wanted to make the shake). When I got the shake, it did not have the whipped cream, but by the time I realized it, he had already gone back to working on something else, and the place was also busy that I knew it would be at least a few minutes before my request was answered. So I left, without the whipped cream I paid for.
Normally I wouldn’t make a big deal out of this, but if you charge extra for whipped cream, it better be on there every single time. But to forget it and not give me the opportunity to ask for what I paid for is unacceptable.
It would be wise to avoid this location at all costs.
