Ordered 3 burgers. 2 of the burgers came out great. The 3rd would have been fine if it was even a burger. Was given a hotdog with the number 4 labeled on it. Only reason they received 2 stars instead of 1 is the correct burger was ready by the time I got back.

Surprisingly good fast food burgers. Five guys has become our go-to for fast burgers. We appreciate the ability to customize, that we can see the kitchen and the fact that nothing is ever frozen.
The difference between this five guys and other locations was the burger. Well done, without being burned and NOT greasy. Whatever they’re doing, they’re doing it right.

Amazing fries and delicious juicy burgers. They have the coke machine with all the different sodas. The location is good too. The only issue is the price. It has gone up in price a lot over the years so be prepared to spend over 20$ on a burger and fries. With that being said it is definitely worth it.

Still my favorite place to get a really tasty burger, with so many if my favorite toppings! Add some fresh and crispy fries and eat some roasted peanuts while you wait.. which is not ever very long! The hot dog is always super hot and yummy too.
When we arrived they were not too busy but apparently just had a crazy rush.. tables were not clean and no where to sit after ordering.. but hit an immediate fix when I brought it to their attention… could not ask for more than that! Very appreciative of the quality of food and the service. Hit atmosphere for a minus point only based on when arriving

The food is great but the workers seem to always have some type of attitude, I hear them talking smack about consumers , and their own co workers. I have always loved five guys but , I really didn’t like the past 3 times I have came into this place . Overall it really just made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.

Upon entering the establishment it seemed like it would be a good experience. I get to the counter and see the price of the food and that is a huge disappointment. The prices are way too high for the quality of the food. The place is packed so I assume my perception is wrong, but find out quickly that it isn’t. The fries are saggy and limp, and every table is filthy. I won’t be back. The lady at the register is nice and welcoming but that’s about it. I had to wipe down our own spot at a 6 too because everything else was high chairs and I have a small child who is scared of heights. The floors are gross as well. I’m extremely upset because the price of the food highly outweighs the atmosphere’s price point.

The other night I went in there with my family and the atmosphere was good and the food was great but the service from Azariah that was on my receipt was absolutely terrible. I never had an experience like this before there was so much attitude and negativity when trying to order. That’s the only thing that was bad. There just needs to be better customer service.

I have not tasted food yet but as I sit waiting for my order, I want to commend a young man named Carlos. Treat him right because somebody looking for a good customer service representative in any field just might try to snitch him from you. He was really singing the praises of five guys. Also, don’t ask for a tip before the customer has seen the food, much less had a chance to taste it (after wiping off the table myself).

The burgers and fries were superb! Fries cut up fresh right in front of you! Employees vary curtious and friendly and restaurant vary clean. All you can eat free peanuts. A little pricey but well worth it. You will not leave hungry! Five stars for Five Guys!!
