Poor management from “John E”I paid 5.30 for a regular sized fry, I only received HALF a cup? I also asked for a small cup of water and was charged 50 cents? When I ask him “you charge for water now?” His response was “evidently” in the most insincere sarcastic tone. When I asked for my burger to be cooked “well-done” his response was “all our burgers are cooked well done”. Yet when I received my burger the inside was PINK. I asked nicely if I could get it remade WELL-DONE, he took one look at the raw pink patty and said “that IS well done”. I’ve never had any trouble with any other manager or staff, In fact I go out of my way to this location because of my recent bad experiences at the south side location. But it just so happens that every time THIS manager is here, there is always multiple petty issues that somewhat ruins my visit.

First off… where the bag fries at?!Secondly. When I place an order an hour ahead for pick up at a time and I still wait 25 minutes upon arrival…there are issues. 7 people working and orders went out wrong or incomplete when I was standing there waiting. Super disappointed as this was the first time at five guys in over 6 months and they were not up to standards of the many others we’ve been to.
