I came in 10 minutes before closing. I felt horrible but I was starving. The cashier Jess was especially sweet and Will the cook was also nice to me. Though he’d just finished cleaning the stove. Made my night and my burger is great!

My wife and I,her sister and her sisters husband went to five guys to eat. The floor was dirty, the lobby trash cans was overflowing. We had 4 cheeseburgers, 4 fries, 2 milk shakes and 2 soda’s. The food was good, it cost $74.00 was it worth it? To me it was not. Go try it for your self. and tell me is the food worth the price. My self and my family probably will never go back to five guys to eat again.

The food and service is really good. The prices are just absurd. Not with it. But honestly if you want a freshly cooked burger, there is much choice anymore. Even Whataburger is pre-cooking their burgers now. So if you can spend $50 for 2 bacon cheese burgers and 1 fry. This is your place.

I’ve been to 5 Guys in the past and NEVER got a burger grilled like this before. The worse burger I EVER had. That girl needs to come off that grill…she squeezed all the juices out of the burger, burnt it on the grill. Look at both sides of each burger.

They have hired new employees particulary a young women working the grill that cant handle the lunch rush and very rudely turned me and my wife away from ordering while the restaurant was within its service hours because they were exasperated with the volume of orders, obviously management needs to have someone working that can handle flipping pattys and a bit of stress. We won’t be eating there anymore its already to expensive and nasty and childish employees added in has broken the camels back.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered $19 worth of food and asked for a cup for water. They gave me a cup about the size of a thimble, so I asked him if I could have a regular cup given that I was spending almost $20 on a burger and fries. Their response was no. Sorry that’s the water cup. I will never go to this location again. Terrible terrible service

Love Five Guys burgers. I always get a burger all the way plus jalapeño peppers.
This location seems well kept. The bathrooms were clean. They have a freestyle soda dispenser so you can customize your sodas with different flavors.
The best thing is being able to feed my kids peanuts while we wait for the burgers to be done.

Good food but pricey for a cheeseburger that doesn’t come with fries or a drink. Place was kinda dirty. They have peanuts to eat when waiting for food and the shells were everywhere and some looked mouth wet.
