I always come in and get the BLT and Cajun fries. The general manager is what I would want in a general manager if I were an employee. He takes the time to explain things to his trainees, and he takes pride in his work. If you get the chance to frequent this restaurant, I highly doubt you’ll be disappointed. The food is always perfect. The fries always hot and crunchy and delicious.

Never have I been to this Five Guys but I gave it a try. The food was hot and made to my order. Employee’s welcomed me from the start.
Everyone took time to say hello and have a great day. Even asked how we enjoyed our food. I will definitely be back. Also asked about a Veteran Discount and the manager was very very sorry but didn’t offer one, but did thank me for my service. That was just as good.

First time at this specific location and I was really blown away. I came right at opening time after doing some shopping. Sometimes when you show up somewhere right at open time people can be annoyed but the entire team greeted my husband and I and were super friendly. I believe Andrew took my order at the register and he made sure to ask if we wanted drinks and double checked if we wanted two patties or one. Very helpful. The manager, I believe her name was Teeka (I apologize if I misspell or if I’m slightly off), was incredibly friendly and she was very communicative with her team. One team member came in for work and she greeted them and asked how they were. I also over heard her giving the game plan for the day. As a regional leader for another company in the area myself, I know how important that is in the workplace. It felt like they all worked in one cohesive unit. The food was great as well, everything came out exactly as ordered and was hot and fresh. I would go out of my way to come back to this location specifically. Thank you!!

New location is very welcomed and convenient. I was very pleased how Caleyah S. took the few extra seconds recapping our order to verify everything we wanted was accurate. I also always appreciate how they don’t skimp on toppings and hook it up with extra fries regardless of the size ordered. Great food and excellent service. Smiles on both sides of the counter.

Wanted to come by & check this place out since it’s new! Staff was super friendly & I thought the restaurant itself was very clean, so was the back of house area I could see. Burger was pretty good but I felt like my onions were hardly grilled. Really want to try their milkshakes so I’ll definitely be back again! Love that they are open until 10pm everyday too

I haven’t been to Five Guys in years but I was hit with that same great taste I was so fond of when me and a friend went recently.
The food was amazing but the customer service was even better. There was a tall guy working the counter, I hate I can’t remember his name.
We told him it was my friend’s first time eating here and he was very informative and welcoming. The food was cooked to order, flavorful, filling and hit the spot! Customer Service is a big thing for me, and they nailed that as well.

I had a great experience tonight at the Roosevelt location. I tried several times to complete an on line order. Gave up and called and got Don on the line. He apologized and was so helpful placing the order for me. The food was hot and ready when I picked it up. My husbands cheeseburger was huge and delicious. The fries were hot and just right. My patty melt was very good but the bun should have been a little more toasted. Super minor issue. It was delicious too. I’ve been to this location several times even though I don’t live in this area I would highly recommend Don and his team. We love Five Guys!

Casual restaurant with peanuts while you wait. Food is made fresh including fresh French fries made on premise. I enjoyed it but I was surprised the hamburger wasn’t more tasty. It was good though. The fries were good. A little high priced but I understand because ingredients are all fresh.
