Burgers are good, Cajun fries spicy & salty ! I am writing this review to warn people especially Families, if they like 5 Guys & go to this location, Beware the prices are $2-3 higher per item then other locations . Husband got Cheese burger, large Cajun fries & milk shake . Tab $ 36 !!! For a family of 4, w.o. shakes could $100 ++! Ouch

The place was extremely dirty; it was impossible for anyone to eat in a place with so much dirt on the floor and tables completely covered with food scraps and disposable items. The trash cans were overflowing, among other negative aspects that damaged the brand’s image. We will certainly not return to this place. A sad observation.

Closed three and a half hours early for several arbitrary reasons, none of which made sense. Security guards were *rudely* turning away dozens of customers then laughing about it. If I was the owner or corporate, I would want to know. Lots of $$$ lost.

Does not actually close at 11 on thursdays, closes at 10 but is too lazy to fix it online I guess? Made a $50 order on the app and was only told after pulling on the door multiple times “sorry we close at 10, they should refund you” still haven’t gotten refund, but I guess we’ll see. Absolutely will not be returning.

I went in and asked about my pick up order. I was then told it was in work. After 20 minutes and at least 8 customers coming in, ordering, and then getting their food I asked again. I guy then when around and found my food sitting on a shelf. I asked why it was sitting and he just shrugged and walked away. I then had to take the cold food back to my pregnant wife. This is the worst customer service I’ve had in years.

We have eaten at 5 Guys in 6 different countries for many years and it is our go to burger place. This establishment is the absolute worse one we have visited so far. We ordered 2 little cheeseburgers and a regular fries. The burgers were acceptable but not the standard normally associated with 5 Guys. The biggest disappointment was the fries. For a regular fries, we received 17 very cold and soggy fries in a bag the size of a McDonald’s small fries. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, they dismissed my concerns and went back on their phone. Extremely disappointed that one establishment can take your love for their product and make you question wether you will visit any other location again

The people there are pretty nice and the food was good. The burger and fries came out really hot which was nice and the burger had good flavor. It’s very greasy as always though, but honestly that’s what makes it good. It was made to order decently fast and the place was pretty clean too. Five guys is always pretty expensive, but they give you a lot of fries, a small is like a large, super good.

10-3-20 – In Savannah, near River Street, and wanted a burger and fries we’re familiar with. Restaurant was clean, and cleaned even more while we were there. Service was good, and courteous. Food was hot and fries were fresh, and didn’t take long. Nice view from the window. And workers and customers wore their masks. Would come back and recommend this location. It is located across the street near the newer part of River Street.
