BURGER IS SO GOOD! Nothing like this normal east coast fast food, it’s really good. BUTTTT the burger needs to have a meal included in the price maybe like 15$ for a regular fry regular soft drink and 1 burger. The fries were not even close to good, nor did they have a good Cajun flavor, I paid 9$ for 2 large fries and they had a horrible texture and not a great flavor. Honestly large fries should be in a meal also, they sucked so bad and I’d pay no more than 3$ for that poopy. Please let’s get a meal plan going FIVE GUYS! It’s needed …..

We have been coming here once a week for the last two years. We used to love coming here but the quality has gotten so bad. Last time we had to ask for fresh well done fries because they were undercooked several times before. Today we went back again, and the fry’s were terrible. Half of them are stale and don’t bend at all and the others taste half done?? It’s so frustrating paying $30 for two burgers and fries for the food to be soggy, undercooked and stale all at once.

This is my first time at this store, but the food here is always good. They’re a bit expensive, but good. My budget doesn’t allow me to dine at this franchise regularly due to this. This store had worker pulling double duties. She was the cashier as well as cleaning and sweeping the floor. The other workers were extremely busy filling orders.

Worst location I’ve gotten food from. A month or so ago, I ordered delivery. When it arrived, there were no “bag fries.” We all know this is half the reason for going. I didn’t think it was right, but I just assumed they didn’t do “bag fries” on delivery. So when I ordered today, I ordered a regular size fry (instead of small) so I would get a decent amount of fries. Not only were there no “bag fries” when it arrived, but the cup of fries wasn’t even filled all the way up (see image, that’s ALL the fries in my bag). I contacted the store and talked to the manager. She said they do the extra fries for delivery, so I let her know this was the second time it’s happened and that she should talk to her employees. She offered no resolution – not even to pick up additional fries for my order (I wouldn’t have, but even the offer would’ve been nice). Simply told me I could request a refund in the app. Clearly I was going to do that, and I didn’t want anything free from them — but to not even offer any attempt at a resolution simply isn’t how customer service works. I’ve never had a negative experience with Five Guys before trying this location, and after two tries, they’ve let me down 100% of the time.

Great experience! Clean cafe, exceptional customer service, and delicious food. I left happy and I would absolutely recommend this location! Don’t waste your time at Checkers or Burger King. These are the best fast food Burgers in town. Plus the fries…ummm yea, they are incredible. If you are in the area, craving a great burger and you love fresh fries (and LOTS of them); stop in and order! Thank me later.

Went to get Five Guys with my husband and we arrived at 8:45 PM on a Tuesday and the doors were locked and the workers said they were closed when the door and website says open till 11am – 10pm. The workers were incompetent and didn’t want to work, absolutely unacceptable. The lady who worked there hopped over the counter which is unprofessional.
