Super friendly employees with great service! ❤️ Ordered a cheeseburger and salted fries with drink. Definitely a go to when you want a super tender and juicy burger vs a flat steak burger or dry one or one with questionable meat from somewhere else nearby. It has the custom drink machines where you can self serve your drink. Can choose from their list of toppings to order your burger how you want it. Burger came with sesame bun and American cheese. Convenient location to the middle of town. Peaceful place to eat by yourself. Definitely a go to when craving a casual fresh burger. ❤️

Service was quick and out cashier Hayden was so polite and helpful. He was attentive and reconfirmed our order. I don’t eat meat and was unaware that five guys had the mushroom sandwich. It was soooooo tasty! My daughter also enjoyed her burger.

Stopped by and ordered a little cheeseburger. Burger was cooked to order and staff was friendly. Establishment was clean for the most part. Burger was good nothing special or about of the ordinary of your typical burger.

Tried five guys years ago in pigeon Forge, being as it was in a tourist town I should’ve known better. I have missed out on it all these years and not giving it another try. I finally broke down and came to the one in Fort Oglethorpe, and was very pleased walking in. The staff was very friendly restaurant was very clean (very cold ) the gentleman’s name that took our order was Lane and was very respectful and nice. Food came out fast and fresh, and the peanuts are very good. This will not be an every week thing, but I will definitely be back. Manger Haven has done an amazing job with the employees here!

We stopped here 8 hours into a long day of traveling. The staff were extremely friendly and upbeat. Our receipt said our cashier was James, I was pretty tired and didn’t catch the name tag so not sure about that- but he was great with the little one and made our stop pleasant. The food also earned 5 stars, it’s a little off the interstate, but worth the extra couple of miles to come here!! If you like burgers Check it out!

I’m not sure what I walked into tonight. The cashier greeted me with contempt. When I asked if they had combo meals he yelled “NO”. I ordered fries and he yelled-and I mean yelled- “Cajun or salty?”. It was so loud it was inaudible so I said “what?” and he repeated it again I guess. I answered salty but didn’t really want salt. Rang up a little over $21 for a coke, burger and fries. I thought that was high but went ahead to pay. As I was pulling out my card he yelled loudly “HELP! HELP! HELP!”
A woman was standing beside him so I just said I think I will find somewhere else to eat. Not going to pay $21 for that.
Maybe having bad day or hard of hearing or mad working holiday. I don’t know, I just didn’t want to do business there. I don’t think I will go back

Always fresh and hot. Don’t be in a hurry good to wait for their food. The French fries are always fantastic. Some really nice outdoor seating at this location. Peanuts to eat while you are waiting and they cook the french fries in peanut oil too so if you have a peanut allergy keep that in mind.

The burger is VERY good, but you’re going to pay an absurd amount for it. Worth it for a treat, not a sustainable go-to spot on my budget. The fries are meh, not bad, not amazing. The location is terrible for their business. I drove by this location 4 times a week for 2 years and didn’t even know it was there. I just happened to stumble upon it when picking up some ice cream at Publix (which I had not been to before either) and saw 5 guys for the first time. Now that I know it’s here, I’ll probably come back a couple times a year

I have eaten at five guys like 4 times in my life ,and each time I felt ripped off. I eat a $4 bowling alley burger today that was hands down Better than five guys. I personally think that five guys is a place for folks to go overspend for a Dave’s double. The picture is my bowling alley $4 cheeseburger that blows a five guy out the water.
