0 stars, was waiting for a uber order for almost 20 mins, the lady came up to me and said we can serve anymore orders because something about the place being overwhelmed… all the doors was locked when I tried to enter, wasn’t even closing time,,, horrible management and customer service. Do not come here, waste of time.

I ordered and paid for a Double Bacon Cheeseburger with all the toppings. Not given a receipt or number with 2 other people in the restaurant. Was handed a bag and when I got home it had a double cheese burger with no toppings or bacon. For $22, I got less than $4 of ground beef and maybe a dollar of fries.

We spent 40$ for two burgers, a regular fry and 2 drinks. The regular fry was not the same size as other stores. Even though the guy said it was really big. We waiting ten mins for our food. The fries were hot but both of our burgers were basically ice cold. There was so much mayo on my burger it was almost editable , and the lettuce was wilted. Now I see why this store has such a low rating. Very bad luck for a new store location

Excellent burgers and fries, they’re the best. The girl who served us today was very friendly. They just need to be a little cleaner. We saw a customer spill his drink and he had to ask for a mop to clean it up himself because no one came to help him. But we will definitely eat at Five Guys again.
