The food is good. Just make sure you pick up in person or dine in. If you order via Grubhub, they will eat your food because they don’t double sticker the bag. Which is a testament to how good the food is. Unfortunately, I will need to dine in person. Smh

Went in about a week or two ago it was an awesome experience. I let the guy know I ordered via uber for pick up. They were cool about and very friendly. Even after I ordered fried after on uber lol . When I left they all said goodbye which was nice. my burger was fresh and so good. Can not wait to go back

This is the second time I’ve paid for large fries and received a ridiculously small portion. Five Guys is known for being generous with fries, but this location clearly does not follow that standard.

Location is good but parking is not and even though it is a burger joint, I’ll take the hot dog (prepared like a Chicago Dog) any day and the have good fries when they are hot! …and the Chocolate shake is a delight! Very good Service, also!!! Thanks!

Armane L took my order at the register and was very rude. As I begin to place my order she interrupted and told me they were out of bacon and french fries. I see that the store has bags of fries in the store. She had terrible attitude at end of transaction as I tried pay for meal with a gift card. She said you should told me you were paying with a gift card. I’m not aware of your POS Im a customer not a employee how would I be familiar with your cash register. It was first time visiting this location I definitely surprised at the customer service I received.

DO NOT COME HERE ! They will take your money and give you the wrong food and not even be apologetic about it . I have been trying to rectify with the store for two days now to get a refund because they incorrectly did my burger and because they put cheese all over it. I am lactose intolerant and wasn’t even able to enjoy it. The man, the person said I had to wait for district manager to issue a refund. Then I called the second day and then that manager says she would have an email to me showing that she issued a refund by the end of the business day. It got towards the end of the business day, so I called up there again and this time I waited 10 minutes on hold and then when I hung up because I thought that they forgot I was on the phone called and then the phone went straight to voicemail as if the phone was turned off. Very upsetting And will be calling corporate on the store.

They are too scared to enforce the facemask rule. Restaurants have a responsibility to keep their staff and their customers safe. It’s a simple request and can be handled very appropriately.
When I pointed it out, they half heartedly apologized – and told me they can’t check everyone. Um, yes you can, and he just ordered at the counter!!
Then once I left the counter, the very next customer didn’t have one and they served him without saying anything.
I went back pointed that out. They did NOTHING. I think they knew the guy.
It wasn’t that busy, but it was REALLY slow. And for the entire time we were there no one wiped or cleaned a table. We had to clean our own with hand sanitizer.
Burgers were tasty, fries were super salty.
Please just commit to providing a safe and clean environment.

No parking lot. It also doesn’t say that it has parking when Googling location. I drove there and it was misty raining. The location was not very visible because it’s sitting on a slight hill or incline. Even with GPS I passed by it multiple times. When I called the store about its location and parking, they mentioned something that wasn’t thoroughly explained about parking, mentioning a parking garage and something else.
Depends on which way you drive in, one the ways is, if the restaurant is on your immediate right and you drive pass it, your option is to turn into a nearly empty parking garage. (Warning) if you proceed forward the road ends at a locked security gate, with a small dumpster partially in front of it. The gate most likely belongs to the apartment complex behind it. You will have a very narrow space to turn around because there is a building on your right and the curb on your left. I didn’t use the parking garage because I drove through one and didn’t feel secure or safe parking and exiting my vehicle nor were there any instructions on how to locate the Five Guys from there.
If you walk out the garage it is past the Five Guys restaurant on your right, a bridge that connects you to another area is on your left. Therefore if you walk out the garage you will have to walk up a hill nearly to the stop light and find an entrance to their side walk.
I choose to drop off my passenger and keep driving around outside that area and returning until I saw them outside. I couldn’t call my passenger because I’d given them my phone with my order information because of traffic entering, I couldn’t stop and screen shot them my order information.
