Was there for dinner and offered a bacon cheeseburger all the way with Cajun fries. They ran out of bacon. Not a big deal, I just got a cheeseburger.
I was impressed with the nine staff hustling and working as a team to get all the orders out. One guy was there doing a final QC (with gloved hands) before final assembly. My burger came out in about ten minutes which was pretty good concerning the mob of people there. The staff were nice and polite.
The burger tasted great! Consider getting your meal at Five Guys.

Early morning at 7 AM on Aug 23, 2025 and I step off the plane to find the smell of something good. Came up to the guys working and was greeted with courtesy. When making my order the guy made sure that they had what I wanted in stock for bottled soda. The food came quick and they loaded up the bag with fries when I just ordered a little fry which was greatly appreciated. But this bacon, egg and cheese burger is just chefs kiss it’s so good. They know what they’re doing and you’ll get yourself a good burger and treated right.

Cheeseburger was good… but the manager and team were so positive and fun that it was a great experience! In a busy airport, where most people are stressed and tired, they absolutely made the day better! Very impressed!

Amazing service, even the manager came by to check on my experience. The veggie sandwich was fresh and filling, although I’d add less cheese to it, it was drowning it it. The fries were crisp and salty, and don’t be fooled by the little size, there is plenty!

No way to drink a cup of water with your meal, unfriendly staff seemed more preoccupied talking to each other than helping customers.
After eating the burger the beef had the consistency of old leather. I ended up throwing it away because I was worried the meat was to old and I didn’t want to get sick.

I don’t get how this place only has 4 stars. It’s fantastic. Easily the fastest 5 guys I’ve been to across the country. The staff is attentive and fun, they make you feel welcome. The food was great, but I’d expect as much. Watching this crew work was a blast.

Great staff and a nice respite from all the other restaurants in this terminal. Only restaurant with any sense of normalcy here. Since it is in an airport, it’s one of the only Five Guys locations allowed to serve breakfast. Pretty neat.
