Monday night my husband goes to get a bacon cheeseburger and fries with his sandwich and as he goes to bite into it, a strong bristle from what seems like a stove cleaner or hard brush stabs him in his gum which causes swelling, bleeding and great discomfort. Someone please reach out from the establishment. We could not make it back in time due to your closing hours.

I hope this location is losing business! You charge 7/8/9 dollars for fries and are giving us all the same amount!! They used to use cups like every other Five Guys and you can be for sure you’re getting the amount you are paying for! I paid for a large fry and watched the fry maker use the same exact little baggy to bag my fry as another order with a little fry… mind you I went to another five guys in another area and they still are using the different size cups to measure. Aka This location is GREEDY!!! Go somewhere else seriously

The burger is good but a bit pricey.
I suggest you get a small fries because the large is like 5 pounds of potatoes. They need to keep up with the cleaning after people who dine in.

The few times I went for a dmquick business dine in it was great. The service was great and the burgers are ok. The thing that keeps me coming back is their strawberry, and Oreo shake! The shake is addicting! Overall it’s a nice clean place to have a burger and fries

Let me just say that I absolutely love Five Guys. It’s one of my favorite burgers anywhere.
However, I just visited this location on Friday, and had a less than pleasant experience. Let me explain why.
My wife’s burger was missing toppings, so we had to wait longer. My burger was a double, but I didn’t ask for a double. Yes, they charged for it, but I didn’t notice until I was about halfway done with it, and it is what it is. Still tasted phenomenal though. Also, fries tasted like they had never seen salt, which was a big let-down. Finally, we ordered a milkshake as well, and had to go to the counter 3 times to remind them about it and we didn’t get it until we were just about done with our food.
Big letdown at this location, service could definitely use some work in my opinion.

Customer service was great. Food came out in a timely manner. Store was clean. Food was ok and definitely not worth $20 for 1 person. I ordered the little burger with small fries and a shake. If the burger tasted better and had a better quality from all these other fast food spots then maybe I can see charging so much for a meal.
