Two stars for the loud music. I had to go outside so I can hear myself think. Service was fine because I was the only one there for lunch on a Friday. Probably because of the pricing.
I used to like Five Guys, and I still do like their hamburgers. They’re just not worth $15! It wasn’t very long ago that we got fries and a drink with it for less than that. You’d think they’d at least give a small fry complimentary for all these $15 hamburgers.
So many places more than I can get a better meal for $15! Just thought I would try them again, as I had extra time to burn yesterday. I don’t think I’ll ever go back.
Fries were quiet a lot off-course we went for large but it was double the large portion
Good and friendly service.!
Worth a try.! Have heard and seen their hamburgers are nice but haven’t tried them yet.!
May be next time.!
Our food took forever to get even though we were the only order they were making. They seemed to be more interested in personal conversations. When we did get our food, the burgers were pretty much room temperature…but the fries were nice and hot.
And I will say that our order is a little out of the ordinary, but nothing crazy…it never takes that long…it was twice what it normally takes when there are other orders being made.
We’ve eaten at this location many times over the last 5 years and it’s USUALLY better than today. I mean one guy had his pants hanging completely under his butt…I mean I realize that’s a thing that teenagers do, but at a place that serves food?
This is clearly a management issue.
My local Burger King has maybe been as bad as this Five Guys was today like once and I pay half the price for it. Granted, even a warm Five Guys burger is better than a hot BK one.
Last, I should note that this isn’t the only visit that has been disappointing to us. My favorite was a few years ago, but I placed a to go order and when I get back to my car I opened my burger and find that they forgot one of the ingredients that I ordered…the 2 pieces of meat!
I strongly suggest anyone looking for a Five Guys fix to go to the Canton location or the Dawsonville one…those are always on point.
Take tonight, for example. We ordered two measly burgers—nothing fancy, just the usual. But somehow, it’s like the order got lost in a game of telephone. First try? Total mix-up. Second try? Still wrong, but we just sighed and accepted it like parents too tired to argue with a toddler. This isn’t a one-time oopsie; it’s been a downward slide for months.
Five Guys, you’re better than this! Let’s turn down the tunes and turn up the focus. Bring back the seasoned pros who know how to sling burgers with precision, not this party crew who’s more about vibes than getting the order right. Get it together
