I want to take a moment to recognize Hunter and Skyler at the Five Guys in Acworth, GA, because their level of service genuinely stands out.
From the moment you walk in, they are professional, attentive, and clearly take pride in their work. They move with urgency, keep the environment clean and organized, and communicate well with customers even during busy rushes. Both of them go beyond the basic expectations of the job — they are friendly without being overbearing, accurate with orders, and consistently make sure customers feel appreciated and taken care of.

Do not choose delivery from the Google page. It will not be a delivery order. It will be pick up. And you cant cancel. Because miraculously your order will be ready within minutes of placing it online. You have to go to fiveguys website or app to order delivery.
So after paying $60+ for 3 meals and leaving a nice tip for which i thought was going to the delivery driver, I had to go get my cold food that had been sitting for 30 mins that it took me to get there in 530pm traffic. Part is my fault yes. But also, correct your Google page. You do not deliver with that link.

1st time at this location. Very friendly young man took our order. Rest of staff appeared professional and friendly. Prices are pretty steep, but burgers are delicious as well as fries. $40 for 2 people is pricey!

Ok, so the service was amazing and the food was hot. However, lack of variety and the burgers were ok at best. You also get complimentary peanuts while you wait. But I still say go give them a try because the team in there really made the difference.

This is about as worthless as a Hamburger can get. Literally threw everything in foil and said screw it. For $13 a Hamburger and this type of quality I can see why yall are struggling. Do better or bring back in your trainers bc if I was 1 of your secret shoppers you would have gotten zeros.

I always enjoy my burger at 5 Guys. My fave. This location did not meet standards, unfortunately. The BLT was overcooked and burnt. They said they cook it in the morning and they won’t cook fresh bacon. They forgot certain things on my burger and messy. They offered a different burger for the replacement of the BLT but got that wrong, too. SMH Won’t go back to this location.

The manager was very rude and not willing to comply with remaking my order to better suit my situation. I would never come back to this location. Do not eat here
