Whoever made my order added a ridiculous amount of cajun seasoning (salt). I can’t even eat them. It’s probably a half a cup of salt in the bottom of my bad and all over the fries. It’s absurd!!! And it is a mess!!

I’ve been a loyal customer at the Five Guys on Lawrenceville Highway since it opened, and I’ve always appreciated their generous portions—especially the fries. If you order a large fries, you usually get a ton. However, this time I was really disappointed. I felt completely short-changed. The portion was much smaller than usual, and it didn’t live up to what I’ve come to expect from Five Guys. I’ve ordered from other locations before, and they’re much more consistent with their servings. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be returning to this location!

We visited on a Friday night and it was so nice we didn’t have to wait to order or anything! They had a lot of motivated staff in there. If they weren’t serving they were cleaning and prepping. I would highly recommend!

Dont think they changed the fires policy but I hardly got any “extra” fries. Kind of pricy for fries if it only fills the small plastic bag and it wasn’t busy or anything. Should of said something but it was my first time back to a five guys in awhile. I’ll probably give a different store a second chance. Before I give up on the brand.

My family tried it for the first time this week. Yes it is pricy but the food was delicious. I was expecting just one patty but got two. We got a burger for each of us, two drinks and a large fries. We got full and didn’t regret again. Well we come again? Yes. The staff is amazing too. So my husband fully approves of this place being on our burger fast food list. Congrats Five Guys. See you next time.

I’ve only eaten here once, but my husband has gone several times, and we LOVE it and are so impressed! Clean facility, nice atmosphere, and excellent service! If you’re a newbie, get a “little” burger and small fries, trust me! You can always order more later, but if you get a large fry, you’ll be so stuffed you’ll have to roll home! Also, the Cajun fries are magical. Please note as well that since Five Guys uses fresh ingredients, their jalapenos are much more intense than the kind you get at a normal burger place (these are fresh, while those are pickled).
My husband has celiac disease, so he cannot consume even trace amounts of gluten, or he is sick for a week. Five Guys is oddly one of the best restaurants for us, because when you say you have a gluten allergy, they make sure those preparing your food know to change gloves and prepare your order with extra care. My husband gets the burger bowl (patty and toppings in a to-go tin) and I always get the lettuce wrap. This location gave me the BEST constructed lettuce wrap of any Five Guys to date!
Come here, Celiacs and normal foodies! You won’t be disappointed. (And please try the Cajun fries!)

8-31-18 – Late night visit for a good burger and fries. Place was very clean, and we received professional and courteous service, along with every other customer that came into the door. It was near closing, but we were all treated as though it was earlier in the day. We got the little bacon cheeseburger, double with cheese, etc. Large fries, enough for us all, and sodas/powerade. We ate there, and also got the peanuts while we waited for our food, which for the size of the order came out quick. And always applaud their number system to ID each order. Hats off again to the night crew. Added A1 Sauce, grilled onions and grilled Jalapenos to my burger, in addition to all the normal toppins. The only downside is my youngest son added A1 sauce with no onions and mushrooms; and the mushrooms were left on.

When you are REALLY hungry and want a STELLAR burger and fries, get to this Five Guys in Tucker! I highly recommend any of their burgers, a large fry, and a soda! With all of the evolution in food services and a focus on speed over quality, other chains have lost their flavor identity… 5 Guys has maintained their wholesome flavors, serving well-portioned food!
Eating here is a bit pricey but worth it! Customer service is on point and friendly, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is clean and fresh!
Great place whether you are eating alone, with family, or with a group of friends!!

I usually like five guys but the service here was not it. I do not understand how you take my order wrong standing less than two feet away in a semi empty restaurant atmosphere? The kids just aren’t listening. The food was non spectacular burgers and fries like I wanted but the wrong order doesn’t move the needle in the right direction. I might try here again in the future, maybe.

My husband has celiac so he wanted to try the burger bowl. So many places that sell bowls still manage to sneak something in there that contaminates the food and makes him sick. This burger bowl was clean and didn’t bother him at all. We asked about the fries and the crew promised that they only fry potatoes in the oil. So he tried the fries and no issues! Everyone was so friendly and answered our questions thoughtfully. We used to eat at 5 Guys years ago but quit eating burgers when he was diagnosed. Now we’re back!
