Their burgers are pretty good. Lots of topping options and good service. There is a little limited seating at this location as I had to wait a minute to be able to get a seat since it was at lunch. The place was very clean and well kept though. Their fries are definitely my favorite, quite delicious. It seems like a great little spot to stop by for lunch.

Their grilled cheese sandwiches and burgers are absolutely my fave! They whip ’em up fresh, and man, do they taste incredible. The best part? They only cost around 10 to 11 bucks, and you can load ’em up with toppings like broccoli and onion to make ’em just the way you like.
The folks taking orders there are super quick, so no need to worry about standing in a crazy long line. And get this—they even give you free peanuts to munch on while you wait. It’s those little things that make a difference, you know?
Now, I gotta be real with you about one thing—the restroom situation. It’s clean and all, but the faucet was busted when I went. Not a deal-breaker, but kinda inconvenient, you feel me? The space inside the joint isn’t all that big either, but at least they got high chairs for the kiddos.
All in all, though, I can’t recommend this place enough for their grilled cheese sandwiches and burgers. They’re seriously mouthwatering. So, if you’re in the mood for some tasty comfort food, give ’em a shot. Just be aware of the restroom hiccup and the cozy interior, but trust me, it’s worth it for the flavor explosion you’ll experience.

Atmosphere is nice. Glad to see the doors open and you can eat there. They even have the peanuts again.
However, when you order an bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions, mushrooms and A1 sauce, you’d expect to get it. All I got was a cheeseburger. (Look at pictures)
The toppings are free, but a bacon cheeseburger costs more than a regular cheese burger.

Let me start by saying that I love a good burger. Five Guys historically was the best place for a quick burger; it was fast and while it was never inexpensive it was reasonable. That is no longer the case; $45 for three burgers and a fry is way too much for a quick burger joint with mediocre consistency and service. The burgers were all over cooked and some of them were cut into pieces which caused the burger to fall apart. Not a premium priced burger experience….. In my opinion you are much better off going to a local burger joint like Moxie Burger if you are looking for a premium burger where you will get more consistency and much better service. Unfortunately Five Guys has lost my vote as a reliable burger joint.

This is for the newest location in Marietta GA, at the intersection of Johnson Ferry and Roswell Rd. I tried to be very patient, as I knew it was a newly opened 5 Guys and it was a Friday night after a very stressful election week. But still, it was barely organized chaos. The line for dine in orders was out the front door, literally. I couldn’t get inside at first. I looked to the right and saw the online order/pickup line looked much shorter and decided to order online while in the store. This was a bad idea. Because the curbside orders, DoorDashers, customers pickups and some in store orders were going through the same line. It was hard to tell if your order was ready or not, forcing you to ask the very flustered pickup order girl to ask the cook if your order was ready. But I kind of expected this experience, so I wasn’t upset. And the staff was indeed working INCREDIBLY hard and quick. They even apologized for the delay. And the burger and fries were amazing as usual. I’m just happy to finally have a 5 Guys closer to home for me! Will definitely go again, just be prepared to wait a bit on busy nights.

My girlfriend and I went for some date night milkshakes and they were definitely worth it. The price was a little steep but they live up to it in quality. I got the salted caramel and my girlfriend got the banana and chocolate. Both were very delicious. I will say the music was a little loud for my liking, and my only other complaint was the lack of napkins and messy delivery of our milkshakes. There was milkshake all over the side of the cup, so our hands were quite sticky. I will say the staff were great as I was struggling to get the sink to work in the bathroom and went out of their way to ensure the sink was working properly!

Went there round 4:45 PM 9/24/2025 service all way was a zero milkshake was just chocolate milk not frozen customer service was so rude as I returned the milkshake got to door the girl with the long braids where they should not be hanging down over food says little girl come back and trash and trash the shake first & foremost I’m 61 as she shamefully impressed her coworkers the cook young guy & another girl got in on saying rude things to impress her I’m thankful I did not in gage with their ignorance towards their behavior I saw poor service no education to be working in customer service they clearly was looking for an argument
