highly disappointed, i didn’t even get what i ordered, burger was very bland and wasn’t even together, it was like pieces of meat in a lettuce wrap, no cheese or pickles that i ordered, the only good part was the cashier, he was really nice. don’t recommend this location unless you want to pay for something you won’t get.

I had a taste for a burger but I didn’t want fast food necessarily. I haven’t had five guys since I decided not to eat meat. I was looking for a thin steak burger. They only have 100% fresh beef. The staff was kind and helpful explaining how everything works. I was told a medium fry could feed 3-4 people. I would say back in day, yes. I believe it feeds 2 nowadays. You could stretch it to 3 if you had to. I was able to select my toppings and choose between original and Cajun fries. Cajun is my recommendation. You can select a double patty or single. I recommend a single, even for a guy.
The customer service was good but the food didn’t hit the spot like I was hoping. If I decide I want a burger, I’ll fire up the grill or make a smash burger myself. If I was out and about, I would recommend giving them a try. It was decent in my opinion. Price is on the higher side but doable.

When I say the workers in there just have no respect talking about something a customer ask for like a simple bag for peanuts so it don’t fall then they make it into a production because other customers have ask and fill up the bags with peanuts. Customers pay for good service not for gossiping about current and previous customers. It cost nothing to be polite.

My hubby and I decide to get a burger before going grocery shopping.The ordering was fine ( no emotion… just blah..)The young lady on the grill that cooked and prepared our food was great ,talkative and happy.
She got our order done ,fries were hot and fresh burger delish.
The other employees were in the back talking and left her by herself.
The young lady after serving us stayed busy,cleaning and wiping things down.I would like to give her a high five for doing her job well.

2 burgers for $37 I expect everything to be fresh but that wasn’t the case everything was COLD! especially the fries. The burgers was okay but the fries were very cold. Not worth $37

As with all Five Guys’ I have been to, this place is great. The burgers are always delicious, the fries are fantastic, and I hate the peanuts. The staff here is friendly, fast and efficient. I hate the fact that they have vinegar available for the fries, and I really appreciate that they have those Coke machines that have every flavor of drink. If you are looking for a burger, This is the place.

I don’t go to five guys often because it is very expensive, but anytime I go it never disappoints. The wait between visits is always worth it at five guys. Delicious food and great staff.
