This is my first time going to five guys and I really enjoyed myself. The restaurant itself was clean and organized and I was surprised by the boxes of peanuts open for snacking. I ordered a veggie sandwich and shared fries with the spouse because they overflow in the bag. The workers were really attentive and helpful. I’ve heard that their prices were pretty high but there are affordable sandwiches too. I can see myself going here for lunch just about every day if there was one close to where I work.

They overcharged me by $4. A simple mistake. He offered me an extra little fry because he wasn’t authorized to do refunds. I didn’t really want an extra fry. He was nice and polite. Just an odd way to run a business. Also, only half the fries were hot.

This was my first visit to Five Guys my daughter called video chat from the Valdosta location and her food looked really good especially the cup of fries. So I placed an order online for the exact same thing. I was so disappointed no cup just a few hard fries mostly burnt thrown in the bag, the burger was good but I had to add my own ketchup and mustard. Honestly I expected it to be better for the price.

10-16-18 – First time at this location. Must have been Five Guys night in Conyers. Patrons were coming and going. You can see it from the street, but takes some maneuvering getting in and out. Our order was taken right away. Great service. Ordered the Little Cheeseburger all the way minus mushrooms with A1 Steak Sauce; and Bacon Cheeseburger with select topings for my wife; large fry, and drinks. Shake machine was down. The peanuts seemed like they were boiled, unlike other locations. Food took a little longer, and the mushrooms were not omitted. Would’ve like to have tasted the A1 Steak Sauce on my burger. Fries were hot, and otherwise the food was good. The areas were cleaned and swept, when time permitted.
