Had a great first visit to the Simpsonville Five Guys! Shoutout to Kennedi for the excellent customer service and positive attitude. Food was tasty and fries at the bottom of the bag is always a special treat!

Simple menu. The beef is never frozen, the lettuce is crisp, and the buns are soft and toasted just right. Orders move quickly, even during peak hours.

Overall a very great experience, I mean it’s five guys, you know what to expect. Very good burgers, bag full of fries for a highish price but it’s affordable. Was greeted as I walked in so that’s nice, only thing was it sounded more “forced and robotic” than an actual warm happy greeting. Nobody seemed to be smiling much, which doesn’t bother me just an honest review. Other than that though, it’s a clean environment with nice music on, loud enough to be heard but still hold conversation.

Five guys is my family’s favorite burger chain. We love their burgers, peanuts, drink options, atmosphere, etc. I just hope they have kids menu options someday but, overall it is very satisfying.

Expensive Mediocrity. Every time I come in here it’s worse and I swear I won’t come back- which to be fair isn’t often. $33 for 2 small burgers, 2 drinks, and 1 large fries is absurd. The fries are good, the rest of it was meh. My bacon burger patty was tiny and way overcooked, with bacon crumbles, instead of slices, all over it. A bacon Qtr Pndr would have destroyed this thing in a side-by-side comparison. My wife’s cheeseburger was the same with the added cold un-melted American cheese. I don’t get the cheeseburgers anymore because the cheese is ALWAYS cold and un-melted. The beef has no seasoning at all, buns aren’t toasted or buttered, it’s just plain blah. I don’t care how much free BS condiments you put on it, it’s just a boring burger. That would be fine, but it’s over $10 for a crappy hamburger by itself. I don’t get all these reviews raving about how great this place is. I guess the vast majority of people either can’t cook or just have very small frames of reference. There are FAR better burgers available for the same amount of money. I could buy a pnd of ground beef, a bag of good buns, and a bag of good frozen fries for less than $20, and feed 4 people. It’s $6 for a large fry that would be about equivalent to about 2 baking potatoes. I can get a 5 pnd bag of potatoes for $5 and cook them the exact same way. The only service they are providing is cooking & convenience, and it’s not good or even terribly fast/quick, so that just leaves convenience. This is a terrible value, I don’t recommend wasting your time here. Lotsa good burger alternatives around town for roughly the same price that are far, far better. This isn’t an off night for them, this is how it always is.

Expensive BUT burgers are more like restaurant style than fast food. Everything is sold separately so no combo meals. For someone who doesn’t eat much I should’ve seen if they had kids menu. That would’ve been better for me and definitely less expensive. If someone eats a lot this would b great place. The burgers and fries are very good just too much food.

Great burgers and fries. Quick turnaround and friendly service. Their regular bag of fries is GIANT and will easily feed 2-3 people ~ love their Cajun seasoning too

Ordered an online order, got it fairly quickly. Tastewise is what you’ve come to expect from a Five Guys. They did forget condiments, which were on thr ticket.
I’m always very chill abouy service workers messing up, but come on. You’re charging us a specific amount for an order. We don’t get freebies if we forget our wallets.

Food was to expensive. A little bacon cheeseburger, small fries and a regular drink was over 18 dollars. The fries were under cooked.
