The hamburger was very good, however the customer service was great! Reuben was very thoughtful and polite. He corrected our order and made our experience a very good one.

I was given the wrong size fries and they were helpful in fixing the mistake, but I was made to wait for the next fresh batch while that served available fries to the other customers. Please train your workers to fix their mistakes before proceeding to the next customer. I should not have been made to wait when they could have just handed me the right size and been done with it.

Came in and placed my order in my Burger and fries were made very fast. It’s a 5 guys who wouldn’t like this place. I know I wouldn’t mind 5 guys. After eating my Burger and fries I got me a milkshake. The guy with the beard and glasses and long hair was such a cutie pie. He was making my milkshake and doing the French fries walking back-and-forth in them jeans just wow. Those jeans were hugging his rear end like nothing else. I bet his milkshake brings all the boys to the yard.

Called in to place a to-go order. The young lady that took my order was very, she told me food would be ready in 15 minutes and it was. When I got there French fries were nice and hot. Service was great. Can’t ever go wrong with there burgers.
