I had to get fresh Cajun fries and they did not honor the request for ‘extra bacon’ as requested. Restaurant was dirty tables everywhere and they can’t say they didn’t have enough employees. The freshness of the fries is only reason for the food getting 2 stars, and I had to ASK for fresh fries. Disappointed. Will not be back. Oh and piss cups in the parking lot.

I used to love this place, in my humble opinion. They reined supreme. However, my last two or three experiences show that Five Guys is slipping. Soggy burgers, soggy buns, Soggy fries, no Malt Vinegar, and mushrooms and Onions were not grilled to order. The Mushrooms had no flavor and were obviously canned and boiled. Me and my family won’t be eating here anymore.

I hate to be negative but this restaurant is way too expensive for a lunch. Two people got a burger and fry and my bill was $37. On top of that they charged me 10% sales tax. Is this legal. I will be alerting the town just in case. I will attach a pic of what a $4 fry looks like and how the cup is full of pieces of fries.

Ordered delivery so I know it won’t be perfect, but both burgers we got had mountains of extremely strong onions, and the rest of the toppings were only on about half the burger with multiple pickles not even on the burgers. We also got a regular Cajun fry. The cup for the fries was only about 3/4 full which seems like a ripoff for how many fries you normally get and for being over $6.00. The icing on the cake was finding multiple short black hairs in the fries. Definitely not the 5 Guys experience we are used to.
