I went to this five guys and ordered 4 large fries, but I did not receive larges. After, I went to speak with a worker to let her know I did not get the larges I ordered. She proceeded to argue with me instead of solving the problem. All of the workers proceed to mumble under their breath. I just wanted to get what I paid for and there was no reason for her to get disrespectful with me. She then said they did give larges and this was the new large just in case I wanted the order the new old large.

I walked in around 8pm on a Wednesday and within 5 mins they very attentively took my order and i paid. I ordered the little hamburger and little fries. The place was very clean, the bathrooms were well serviced and the friendly staff constantly came out to wipe down the tables. Food took about 10 mins to cook and was served in a brown paper bag with a crap load of fries in it. The burger was juicy and hot and the fries were fresh and hot as well. I enjoyed the meal and feel that this is one of the best Five Guys in Columbia. I would return to this spot again. Keep it up ya’ll.

If you’ve been to Five Guys before you’ve never been to one like this one. This was my first time going to this location. From the time you walk in the door you’re greeted, the environment was great, the place was clean, and the food was excellent. The manager that ran the shift around lunch time on 11-22-25 was no short of amazing and he has a great team backing him. My burger and fries were cooked to perfection. I encourage anyone to come by and enjoy your time here because you won’t be disappointed trust me.

I tried this location again and I don’t see how they stay open. 2:53pm 7+ minutes to receive your order & only 1 customer with a previous purchase.
The order was accurate for the most part, but as slow as the restaurant was, both of the ketchup dispenser were empty. I’d be careful on the floors, when was the last time they used HOT Soapy water to clean the floors, greasy/slippery. There are other Five Guys locations…

Wonderful! When it comes to a great burger and best fries…when they put salt on them.. fast service. The Five Guys in Sandhills is the only one I deal with. When you want HOT food cook to order, you can never go wrong with Five Guys.

Placed a simple order for little cheeseburger and a bacon little cheeseburger they didn’t get that right. It was simple little cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard and pickles; well the pickles didn’t make to that sandwich. Now on to the little bacon cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, pickles and of course bacon; well the bacon didn’t make it to that sandwich but found out where the pickles went…would you believe it they made it to the little bacon but the bacon didn’t…WTH!! Called the store got no answer after the discovery and a long drive home smh. Want be going back can’t get a simple order right and charged top dollar for substandard service.

I used to really like this place but today did it for me. I ordered 4 burgers and a hotdog. The hot dog, my daughter’s favorite food, went almost completely untouched. She bit into it and said it was tough and tasted like rubber. The “grilled jalapeños” were burnt. Black like in my picture. If you didn’t know any better you would have thought they were olives. My husband’s burger had onions, which I specifically asked NOT to have. My husband is allergic to onions. Thats a huge no-no! Got told tonight to call back tomorrow and speak to the GM. Nope…….im calling a corporate office tomorrow!!

Just went here and ordered two burgers, two fries and two drinks. It added up to $44. I declined and left and will never return. Price gouging only shows no concern for customers happiness. There’s no way in the world it costs that much.

I walked in and was greeted by Kiya(i probably spelled that wrong, sorry) she was awesome. Very nice and funny and helpful. She helped me put together a complex order i had and was very patient and smiled the whole time. She was truly what made coming to this establishment worth it. The food also was perfect…this team really did give me a great experience!!
